I am so impressed. I would give them 10 stars. I don’t think you can make a mistake using them for your auto body repairs. They were also so amenable to allowing a glass replacement company that is not associated with them, to use their facility to replace the broken windshield.”

“We had been rear ended and AAA recommended ABRA as one of the Auto Body options. We have just moved to Minnesota, so didn't really know who to go to. We chose ABRA since they offered a warranty on their work. ABRA took care of everything with the insurance. We got an appointment within a few days and were kept up to date every day (sometimes twice a day) by text. The customer service was amazing! We were given all the options for car rental, etc. The best part- our car was ready early on Friday (for the weekend) when the estimated ready date was Monday!”

Despite how busy things were for him, he made the time and energy to help me with my request, administering a battery test on my car. “Cynthia was fantastic! This was my first accident and I had my car towed here being close to my house in Excelsior. I was offered helpful information that really helped me navigate what to do and how to proceed with decision to ultimately total the car based on condition. Cynthia as the owner of this local business helped more than they received as a benefit. I just think that is unprecedented in a stressful situation. She single handedly took the stress out. My only feedback is there was confusion between Collision and Color and the other body shop in town ,turns out there are two - who knew?). So, double check address and phone detail if working with a claim. This location is near the animal hospital and Garden Parch on County road 19.”
