Shipped a package though Morris UPS and an item was broken upon arrival. They quickly and professionally reimbursed me for the item with apologies. It was the best service I’ve had from any UPS store. Thank you!

I was freighting my bike and tool inter state.They were guite helpful But it took a while because of my kiwi accent and my home address being in NZ
