Loren G. was fantastic! I spoke with him on the phone first and when I went to the Verizon store Loren help me there. What a knowledgeable young man (happy birthday!)! He set me up on LTE Home Plus Internet and it went seamlessly from the get go. I went home plugged in the unit and had all my devices discover the new network in under 15 minutes. What a breeeze! Thank you Loren for all your knowledge and Thank you Luke for helping with the one small glitch!
