Had terrible service here about 5 years ago. Looks like they paid to remove my post so I will gladly put it back up!
Do not get scammed by Rick's. Plenty of other places that will sell you a product and give you an honest warranty. Not some bogus 24hr thing. He stole money from my family by taking advantage of us in our time of need, selling us a used piece of junk.

We had the best experience using Rick's Home Appliance.I was having a very hard time deciding on which refrigerator I wanted to purchase. There are so many bad reviews on every brand. Rick showed me all the features of each unit I was interested in.Then I went home and did more research.....in the end I knew if I bought my fridge at Rick's I would get a top notch insulation team. (I used them before on a stove)....and if I ran into trouble Rick would do his best to help me out.He was as patient with me the second visit as he was on the first. And to our surprise our fridge would arrive the next day.The insulation guys were 10 gold stars....they totally care about your home...so extremely careful with everything. And a perfect install of our fridge.This was the best experience.

Working with Rick was great! He showed me what he had IN-STOCK (not all that common these days) and shared the differences between the different models (purchased a 4 appliance kitchen suite). Scheduled delivery and installation for just a couple of days out. The delivery and installation crew were just as outstanding! Made sure everything was level and working and asked if I was satisfied before leaving. They were also very respectful of our home while there. Highly recommend Rick's Home Furnishings!

Rick's completely impressed us from the quick greeting at the store to the awesome delivery guys. We came in for a new washer. Right away told them we didn't need anything super fancy. They respected that and did not push us in the slightest to purchase something fancier. They showed us the machines and had great knowledge about all of them. They have a great warranty going on and the 5 year warranty price was definitely worth it! They didn't think they could deliver for over a week but within one business day we got a call that they could come set it up. (Thank goodness because I was heading out the door to the laundry mat with 5 totes) the delivery and set up guys were great. They even cleaned the grease on my floor from the old machine instead of just plopping the new machine down. (I even offered to do it and they insisted) they were very kind and even made sure to tell me my dog snuck outside before leaving so she didn't follow. Rick's is our new go to for everything we need for the home. 110% recommend them!

We just got our appliances delivered and installed ! Rick's delivery and set up crew did an awesome job! They were courteous, professional and kept everything very clean! They laid down blankets to protect our wood floor and carpet, were very good about answering any questions we had , wore boot coverings and even went above and beyond moving our old refrigerator and re installing it down in our basement! In store , Rick was very courteous and steered us in the right direction in helping us choose which appliances would work best for our needs!
