I really appreciate this mechanic. He knows his stuff and didn't try to upsell me a whole new transmission like so many other shops did that I called. Put two new solenoids in my 02 GMC Sierra in one hour for a great price. I highly recommend Total Transmission.

Had transmission rebuilt here a few years ago and it went out within 200 miles. They would not warranty any of their work and I was out a bunch of money and still with a bad transmission. They said I did not let my transmission "break in properly" before driving it normally. I would never bring anything here for service.Service: Transmission

I had transmission rebuilt last year for plow truck have had no problems. Treated me well so far thanks rick.

I have brought 3 transmissions to Rich over the past 2 years. Not one of them has made it a full year without issues. I paid good money for a lousy 90-day warranty, and still had recurring problems. If you need your transmission rebuilt by a professional, you should take it to someone who is *actually* a professional. This guy's a hack.
