Had a wonderful experience with everyone at Oak Lake! Walked in and said exactly what we wanted. Not a minute wasted on things we did not want. Finance went as expected. The walk through and how to was great. Short story is that we love our camper and it's thanks to everyone at Oak lake RV.

We stopped on a Tuesday on our way to Silver Bay with some Electrical issues in our camper. The shop foreman came out to take a look, he diagnosed we had an issue with the truck not sending power to the camper. We were there 2 hours everyone was really nice. They couldn’t fix our truck but they didn’t charge us anything for the diagnosis. We so appreciate their help and friendly service. I would definitely recommend Oak Lake RV Sales in Moose Lake MN as a place to go for your RV needs. Thank you again!! Dan & Janette

If you expect to have service done on your trailer. Don't buy from them, worst service ever. Randy said she would send a guy out to look at my furnace, never happened, they told me to be patient, I have been waiting months for them to come out and do repairs, still waiting!!!!!!l.
Update, they came out and got my furnace working, still waiting on floor repair after hot water leak.

We just purchased our first travel trailer from Oak Lake RV!! The customer service that we received from the first phone call to driving off the lot pulling our “home away from home” tremendously exceeded our expectations!! We can’t thank Bill, David, Ryan, and Jim enough for taking such great care of us and making sure we had everything we needed!

We had a situation while traveling to the North Shore. Our tire blew and wrecked our gray tank and valves. We were able to get the spare on and safely made it to Oak Lake. We called about 10 minutes before we arrived and they were absolutely wonderful!! They took such great care of us, were able to replace our tire right away and fix our tank - they even painted it so it matched! Also, our a/c in the truck wasn’t working great and we have a husky. It was hot outside. Our husky was very hot and they allowed us to bring her in to cool down. She laid on the clean tile floor and was so happy! We will definitely go back to them and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to everyone who helped us and for your hospitality!

Can't express enough how happy we are with the repair service provided. Jim and Ken performed well above any expectations and went above and beyond. They were able to fix our a/c and our fridge that we were told by another RV repair shop couldnt be fixed. Wife is extremely happy to have the fridge unexpectedly repaired.
They made it posssible for us to return to Florida compfortable with air and fridge. Very experienced and helpful.

With only 2 days until a major event, we found our travel trailer slide would not work. I called 4 different dealers. Oak Lake RV was the only dealer who would look at it. Randy and Ryan were outstanding from the 1st moment to the last! They delivered a nearly impossible feat to get us to our destination without a delay. We are so impressed with the service! Thank you Randy and Ryan from the bottom of my heart!
Sincerely, Ruth Pierce

WOW! To start with I only gave about a week for our trad-in and pick-up of our fifth wheel. Rachel was able to make it all happen. To include a video walk through. Rachel even came into work on her day off to work with us. Dave did a great job getting the fifth wheel ready and going over everything with us. And then WOW, to take responsibility to cover the cost of repair of something that you did not have to really made our day. Thank you for taking care of us.

We were having trailer brake disconnect issues on our way to Duluth. When we called them, they told us to just stop by. Jim, a very experienced technician, helped us troubleshoot and gave recommendations. Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful!! Thank you!

Great staff! I left my phone and sunglasses in a camper we have interest in. I contacted them and Randy and the staff were able to track it down and send it home to me. Thank you very much. Our visit there was great to with a friendly sales representative, Jack.

If I could give negative stars I would. My partner had his Fifth Wheel on consignment at this establishment, and they completely neglected it. They charged him for storage, maintenance and cleaning and did none of it.
We just picked it up two days ago to use for a trip. Alan, one of the sales associates, said there was a balance of $200 for cleaning. However, when I did a walk through it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. The drawers were full of dust and debris. The light fixtures were thick with dust. The floor was filthy.
There were also mouse droppings in two drawers, and acorns under the loveseats, which indicates they did not check it regularly. It was sitting out back, like an after thought. There were no issues with mice or squirrels when he brought it up, five months ago. I ran a cleaning business for three years and would Never have missed such obvious things.
The generator was not maintained at all. The battery was completely dead. How do you show a camper to prospective buyers with no power? We had to ask someone in the shop to use a jump pack to bring the slides in.
They also didn't know where the keys were, and we had to find them ourselves.
Do Not buy or consign from Oak Lake RV in Moose Lake, MN. They don't care about their customers.
**Edit** I will not be removing my review as it is accurate according to my own observations. Alan had told us that the interior had been cleaned, and it wasn't. The location of the keys should have been known, and in writing. Mike paid to have the oven fixed or replaced, and it wasn't done. And it's still hard to show a camper that doesn't have power to it. Maybe communication between employees should be discussed at the next meeting.
