Great Service! Every employee is kind and thoughtful. They have patience with my resuce who is afraid of everything. They make an effort to minimize visits by filling rx over the phone and using a text message service to send photos. Highly recommend!!!

Oh you don't remember wanting to charge my family farm an emergency fee visit at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a Tuesday cause we needed nuflor for a sick calf and you've sold us nuflor many many times but wouldn't this time cause apparently you wanted to charge all these ridiculous fees? You don't remember that? What about the cow with a stuck calf you guys killed? Or the one we're it took you guys 8 hours to get here for a cow with a prolapse? Also dead. Along with the calf you wouldn't help. ...TRIPLE B.

They are incredibly accommodating! My dog always needs extra help, and they always do it! They always go above and beyond! The prices are super reasonable too.

Incredibly happy with Moose Lake Veterinary Clinic and the services they provide. They are professional, accommodating, clean and kind. i currently bring in 2 of my dogs and Im very happy with the level of care they receive each visit. i also think that their prices are fairly priced and that makes it easier to prioritize your animals health.
When I first started bringing my boys here, I had to get some paperwork sent over from another Vet clinic in another State. I wasn’t having the easiest time getting it done and one of their front desk workers took the time to sit on the phone and get the records. They really do all they can to help you. Those little things mean a lot for me and that solidified my decision to make this my boys main clinic for care.

We took our puppy here and she had to stay overnight because she was so sick. We picked her up on a Friday evening only to take her to the emergency vet less than 24 hours later. She had been misdiagnosed and was so anemic she almost needed a blood transfusion (16% blood supply). The E-vet got her back on the road to recovery. Moose Lake never called to follow up on how our puppy was after the weekend. Most of the staff was very nice but even when I questioned things my concerns were ignored. Very disappointing experience.
