Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Spoke to Chris in service and he helped me resolve a warranty issue over the phone. I drive over an hour to get my Honda Pioneer serviced there because they are very helpful and honest. Give them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

I haven't used my 4-wheeler hardly at all over the past 2 years, and I've got a 2005 Bombardier Outlander, and it wasn't starting, so I had them look at it and said let me know the problem and what it'll cost, which I'd obv pay. After their diagnosis, they dropped it back off at my cabin, and charged me saying it's all good. It worked for literally 10 minutes and the battery burst...Seriously? Btw, they didn't clean up the machine or fill air in the tires which would take literally like 4 minutes...Horrible...Go elsewhere.

Exceptional customer service! My husband and I broke down on the side of the road in moose lake because of pontoon trailer problems and the pontoon not sitting right on the pontoon. We walked into this business and everyone was friendly and helpful. Chris gave helpful suggestions without even knowing who we were and loaned us boards to lower our pontoon on. When our trailer still didn’t work I called and asked if we could rent one of their trailers even though the store was about to close. Chris made an exception and let us rent a trailer and was very helpful,
