9:30-4:30 hours?!? Are you kidding me? Then I try calling and I can’t get somone local. What a joke! They’ll blame it on Covid but this is the drive thru! Haha and either way Casey’s handles money just fine past 4:40pm. Crazy times we live in.

Incompetent. I've had a wells Fargo account since I was born, this location is by far the worst bank I've ever been to. They waste people's time. Save your time, drive to a different location.

This is probably the worst bank I have ever been to and will probably ever go to in my life. I spoke with Patricia Johnson, about some charges that have been made to my account that no one had informed me about. Patricia Johnson instead kept trying to talk over me, kept being belligerent, and kept denying my claim, while speaking to me in an unprofessional manner, followed by her HANGING UP on me. So on a scale to five I would have to give this bank a number somewhere in the negatives but seeing as that is not possible, one star will have to suffice. Please avoid this bank and search for somewhere else to store your money.

I lost my atm card earlier in the day and went to obtain a replacement. As soon as I relayed my predicament to the teller, I was directed to a personal banker, Lizzy, who immediately assisted me. The service was courteous and swift. I left with an instant card replacement in under 10 minutes with all my questions answered.

I waited in line to be helped, the teller said she could help. I smiled and said great! I'd like a money order for this amount. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me because she didn't have a pin pad. I stood back in line and waited 5 mins for the same teller to come back and say, 'oh, I guess I can help you. Can I see two forms of id?' I said, I've been banking here for years and you want to see two forms of id? She went on to tell me she couldn't help unless I had two forms of id because she doesn't have a pin pad... The workers obviously need the tools to do their job. I never got my money order because I don't frequently hold two forms of id on me. I went to another location. Ridiculous
