Nice, clean facility. Punch card allows you to come when you can with no end date. Good music, good vibes.

Nice and friendly staff... for the most part. The new management made a lot of changes some desirable, and others not, overall great ambience and well maintained facility for a good workout :)

Super friendly staff, great classes with just as friendly instructors. Always clean. Love the Wellness Center.

Whether you’re looking to attend a high-energy group exercise class or are more comfortable training by yourself, the Wellness Center has it all. We recognize that physical fitness isn’t the only aspect necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You can also take a break and get a massage in one of our three massage chairs.
