The work was finished in 2 days. The car was detailed inside and out and the damaged area on the tailgate looks better than new. Outstanding work and service.

Jeremy and the entire team here are amazing when it comes to customer service. I had a cracked windshield and originally was referred to Safelite. They wouldn’t do the work and I was at a loss of what to do. I went to Muscatell for an eyesight issue and explained the whole situation before being sent to the collision center to speak to Jeremy. (Ardin was the gentlemen at the main dealership service center. He was very transparent and didn’t want to charge me twice for something that would be fixed after the windshield replacement. He grabbed a mechanic and they were both at a loss for what I was being told by Safelite. They both were honest and only wanted to help me out without charging me a dime.). Jeremy at the collision center, went above and beyond to help me out. As far as calling my insurance company to get the referral sent to them. It was an incredibly kind gesture and one I wasn’t expecting. After spending 20 minutes in their office, and speaking to my insurance, everything was sorted out and a weight was off my shoulders. It was incredible service and made me feel like a valued client. After getting the referral transferred to them, Jeremy was in constant communication and kept me up to date on the process. Within 2 days, they were able to schedule me and get the windshield replaced. I will only be bringing my vehicles into them from now on. If you want world class customer service this is the place to go. Thanks again for everything!

Extremely frustrating experience. Had two issues that needed attention and originally quoted more than $2400 for repair, replacement, calibration, etc. On the recommendation of their team members, I explored using our insurance for what was supposed to be the larger (more expensive) of the two issues: replacing a tail light ($1,000) with labor and a calibration ($700). Somehow... The larger issue was resolved for just $523, which is just barely more than the deductible. So something originally more than $1700 ends up a third of the price? Weird.
Meanwhile, the "smaller" issue in the quote was for replacing the driver's side mirror ($225) + labor and what was presented as the same necessary calibration ($700). Somehow this ends up being way more expensive? If the calibration was required for the tail light (and insurance is covering it), then how does it somehow exclusively become the requirement for the mirror (after) and unnecessary for the tail light?
What was originally quoted as more than $2400 for parts, labor, and calibration ended up being just over $1200 for which insurance paid a total of $23. The $700 calibration was originally intended for the more expensive (insurance-claimed) task of replacing the tail light... but ended up on the out of pocket expense because it would "cause red flags". They were kind enough to reduce the price of the calibration , but feels as though they shouldn't of had to do that in the first place by keeping the charge where it was initially supposed to be.
The whole thing really stinks. I feel misled and taken advantage of.
Why quote double the price up front?

The guy that looked at the damage was very nice and pleasant and he even made a time were I was upset into a fun experience. Made me feel at ease knowing that they all seem to know what they are doing.

I was hit by a car. The driver didn't have insurance. State Farm requested I go here. I didn't have any experience with them so I didn't know what it would be like. I was introduced to Mark Kertscher. What a lovely man. He was responsive and communicative and explained things for me. if I owned a business, this is the type of person that I would want representing my business. He was really a pleasure to work with even though I haven't even got the work done yet [just the estimate]. He's impressed me enough that I'm glad I was directed here. Based on my experience thus far, I would recommend this place to others.
