This place has provided the worst experience ever! Michael from Hutchinson Minnesota open the store because it was a brand new store. He dropped the ball and I was supposed to get a refund and I did not get it it's now 3 months later still don't have it. All because of his mistake save yourself some time and energy and effort and go to the Verizon store. I received a bill for the phone I never took. I can been calling for over 3 months and I'm always doing the work to keep them honest. Worst experience!! Updated June 11 2024

Bad experience at this location. It is severely understaffed with only one employee. The store is closed on Wednesday and has the wrong hours listed online. I came on Wednesday assuming it would be open. Nope. The order was automatically canceled and I had to reorder. Went in the next day and waited an hour only to find out they didn't get my phone ready. Do not come to this store, it is a Verizon authorized retailer and not an actual Verizon store. Only bright spot is that the employee there seemed nice and apologetic and I in no way intend this to be a bad review of the employee.

Incompetence and theft is all I have to say. After screwing up on my address and devices they sent me, I terminated my service all before my first billing cycle. A couple weeks later I get an email saying I owe Verizon for the devices because they think I still have them. Considering all the trouble I’ve had with Verizon it’s either because of their incompetence or someone at this store stole those devices and expect me to pay for it. Either way Verizon is a horrible cell phone company that is full of incompetence and fraud. Steer clear of Verizon because they will get to you too someday.Update: I was told that everything was solved. Then I get an email a week later saying I still have a balance to be paid. So much for Verizon honoring their policies. Next step will be to issue a lawsuit against these criminals, you better leave Verizon because I’m going to bankrupt them.

The most unhelpful district manager of all time but Mustafa was extremely professional and helpful. He made sure that I knew all of my optionsEdit: I emailed Victra's customer service and never got a response. This is what I sent them:Mustafa did a phenomenal job getting me the phone I needed. He deserves a raise and at the very least a promotion. He let me know all of my options and did everything he could to help me while the district manager sat there and was so unprofessional, could not care less about my circumstances, and didn't even lift a finger or stand up the entire time because she was working on the schedule. I was the only customer in the entire store and I got there at 4:30 and I couldnt leave until 5:45. I almost walked out. I was going to try TMobile instead. They had no wifi. They had no landline. It was Mustafa's 3rd day at that location. He is from Boston and the kindest most down to earth and helpful guy, The district manager was straight up unhelpful the entire time and rolled her eyes when I complained. This was at the 3226 US 10-# location in Moorhead I walked in at 4:30pm-ish and I was there until 5:45. She wouldn't even call someone for me or let me talk to my dad because he was with verizon for decades.

Shauntae went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me with a fraud case however Verizons fraud department is complete utter trash I'm pretty sure corporate will literally find a way to get themselves out of fraud cases if they can help it youre better off going here then even calling in to verizons operators if you're having issues with service, BETTER BUISNESS BEAREAU Is getting my two cents on this
