All the staff was pleasant enough but I walked and and made an order and gave up after 20 minutes because my drink wasn't ready. The lobby wasn't very busy but the staff was assembling multiple delivery or pick up orders and all the walk-in's were left waiting. This is a problem. Customers take cues on how busy a place is by the foot traffic or the drive through line, and we can plan accordingly, but no one wants an unexpected 20 minute delay.

I appreciated this new Starbucks because of it being closer to my house that the other locations. At first, I really enjoyed it but this is now the 4th time I have gotten my drink and it’s not filled up all the way. I can understand leaving room for cream if asked or even space for whipped cream but there is a good inch or two being left unfilled and it’s becoming frustrating with how much I spend on coffee here. Please start filling your drinks to their adequate sizes so that I can continue going to my favorite coffee place. :)

This Starbucks is the BEST STARBUCKS in ALL OF the F/M area. They go above and beyond, everyone is so personable. I love coming here and they consistently make the best drinks! Thank you!

Katelyn who I assumed is a manager screamed at another employee male about not ripping her ticket and repeatedly shouting at him to check the VPN in front of a full store of customer including the other 5 employees working behind the counter. Very aggressive and unprofessional behavior.

Had an encounter with a very rude, passive aggressive employee at the Target Starbucks location.I was looking at the display of cups at the entrance when the stand that holds them wobbled because it was uneven. When I put a single cup back on the edge, the stand tipped one direction and cups spilled down. This girl came over to me and while I was in the middle of apologizing and picking them up and explaining that the stand was uneven and tippy, she said “Don’t put any more back.”She then proceeded to grab the cups on the floor, sigh heavily and then slam them on a nearby table. She ended up dropping one herself on the ground.After this, my sister went over to look at the cups and this employee grabbed one immediately from my sister and put it back.She then grabbed the cup SHE dropped when she brought them to the table and proceeded to announce loudly “THIS CUP IS DAMAGED. IM BRINGING IT TO THE BACK!!!”I have worked in customer service before and things like that happen. I never would approach a customer and try to make them feel like they did something wrong. I assure them that it’s okay and it happens. No worries. But no, this girl was full intent on shaming. Even though I did nothing wrong except put a cup back on a shelf that was uneven and tippy.I am never Coming back to this Starbucks, never met someone so rude and condescending. The other girls working were very nice and understanding. I actually never want to go to any Starbucks again because of this.She needs a lesson in customer service.
