I visited the Moorhead location on Saturday, 8-20-22. There was a 40% off sale going on and one person working. I had researched products online and knew what I wanted; however, the associate did not seem to have much, if any, knowledge of one of the products, told me they couldn't match a color of another product, and mixed up a can of paint before I confirmed the sheen and price. He was also unwilling to special order one of the products I wanted. His attitude was apathetic and unfriendly. I've been really happy with the SW products I've used in the past, but when service is this bad, I'm tempted to look elsewhere for products that fit my needs, or at least go to a different location.

I had called a Sherwin Williams in Fargo on 45th to get our paint order fixed and they said it was fine to bring in. Got there and they wouldn't fix it so drove to moorehead and they fixed it with no questions asked! Thank you so much to Breanna for helping me out and being so kind about it!! Will stop here from now on even if it is out of the way!

The sales representative was awesome, she knew her stuff about paint, she asked me questions, and just helped me pick out the right paint. I reccomend this store to anyone. She validated my paint color with information she had, and it made my day. (The perfect color)

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences over the phone. I called about placing an order for curbside pick up. The man who answered the phone sounded like he loathed talking on the phone. I asked if they had their multi-purpose primer in stock since the website wouldn't let me add it to my online order. He said he didn't know because they are out of a lot of stuff. He said someone like a manager would have to call me and tell me if they had it. To clarify I asked, "So you are telling me that you don't know what product you have in stock and your manager has to call me back?" He said yea and then hung up without taking my name or number. I called back to the Moorhead store twice right after he hung up on me and nobody would answer the phone. I gave up and went to the 45th Street location where they had no problem telling me what they had in stock, and then taking my website order over the phone as well.

I love their products and normally all of the stores do a great job with service. However today and yesterday I went in to get a couple gallons of paint. One was a color match the other was just more of some paint I got another store. Both times there was one guy working and all he did was grunt at me during both transactions. I realize everybody has a bad day but if you don't like where you work go somewhere else. It's too bad.

Other than not including the stir sticks with 3 paint purchases for curbside pickup, good experience for online order and curbside pickup up. Will be back again for next painting project.

Great customer service, you don't have to walk around a big box store to find someone to help you! As soon as you open the door someone offers assistance.
