Made an appointment on line for a call that they canceled it. Not impressed

The staff is always in a good mood and willing to help. Free masks are available at the door still, along with hand sanitizer. You are seen quite quickly. Most of the time you are sent directly to a room without waiting in the seating area.

I had a wonderful experience here with NP Amanda today. I was greeted upon walking in. I felt heard and I felt like I was being given their full attention. The attitude from my provider and my nurse were amazing. There was something missed during my appointment, understandable human error, and when I brought it to attention, it was immediately rectified in the best way I could have hoped for. The lab technican also drew my blood so quickly I didn’t even have time to get worked up, which I thoroughly appreciated. I will be coming back here for all my health care needs!

The Sanford Moorhead Campus is where I get all my basic health care. I have always had good service here. I have always had wonderful family practice doctors, been able to get any of my lab work done or even go in to get a walk in appointment.
The front desk team is always attentive and kind. They make you feel welcome and are there to help you with any questions.

My experience was awful here. I kept being tested for the same symptoms over the course of three months. My results kept coming back “abnormal” but the RN, Jane insisted that it was fine and said that if I really believed something was wrong I could come in for a catheter test. Being pregnant this was a very unsettling experience.
I finally went to a different facility and within ten minutes of my lab results coming back I was told I was going to be treated for an infection.
For over 3 months I had an infection and Sanford wrote me off and the nurses were rude to me when I asked about my results. Within 10 minutes at a different facility I received the care I needed.
It was totally unacceptable and I would never tell anyone that I care about to go here.

I know that a lot of people leave reviews when they are upset with their experience, but not when they are happy. I just wanted to leave my two cents for anyone who, like me, read the reviews and felt a little nervous.I was scheduled for a last-minute appointment here because my provider wanted me to be seen before the weekend. This is not my normal clinic. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone from the front desk to the tech who did my testing was very kind. I felt that the wait time was reasonable and they made sure that I understood what was going on and asked if I had any questions. I personally would have no concerns about coming here again if it was my local clinic.

My overall experience at Sanford Moorhead Campus has been positive. However, my experience with the provider, Nina Sjoquist was not so positive.I went to her in November 2022 for an issue regarding my appetite. I had not been eating consistently. At the time I was going 24 hours without eating and not feeling hungry but then at other times my body felt starved shortly after eating. I stated I was severely stressed due to being a full time undergraduate student, working a full time and part time job, and due to other life events. My sleep schedule was not healthy due to consistently working 15 hour shifts (7 am to 10 pm). Additionally, I was taking oral birth control pills which impacts hormones.I presented all these concerns to Nina and I did not appreciate the way that she handled the situation. She asked me what types of food I was eating and I told her whatever was at work such as tator tot hotdish, hamburgers, spaghetti, etc., because I really did not have time to sit down and meal prep due to my extremely overloaded schedule. Her response was that I needed to lay off on eating so much meat and eat more fruits, vegetables and plants. She also commented on my weight, stating, "Well you've gained weight since last time you came into the doctor a year ago. So clearly you're getting enough to eat."Simply put, all she told me to do was eat healthier. She did not suggest a referral to a dietitian so that I could learn how to eat healthier. She did not suggest doing hormone tests for potential imbalances. She did not suggest checking my metabolism rate. She did not suggest a referral to a mental health professional for my severe amount of stress. Overall, she did not acknowledge the fact that there were so many other issues here and all she had to comment on was my "poor" diet and weight gain.I found that experience with Nina to be very hurtful because I have struggled with positive body image for a very long time. After I left Sanford Moorhead Campus that day, I drove home and cried the entire way. I switched providers immediately and will never receive services from Nina again.

I called earlier this week because I haven't been sleeping all month and yesterday at the end of the day I got called back and they said they'd address me sleep issuesToday my nurse took forever to get back to me again when she was notified hours prior that they weren't gonna change my meds and just told me to take more hydroxyzine and temazepam for sleep and anxiety when they damn well knew those weren't working and the Dr. Who's covering for my usual provider didn't feel comfortable prescribing me anything like hello that's your job on adult internal medicine while my usual doctor is awayThey really need to moniter there patients better

We had an OBGYN visit and they classified our standard pregnancy screening tests as diagnostic. Then, the doctor blamed the billing department and the billing department blamed the doctor and both refused to help us fix it. They’re trying to charge us nearly $800 for something that should have zero out-of-pocket coverage. Our insurance company was surprised at how they were able to make a mistake for such a basic procedure.

My wife and I visited an OBGYN during our first pregnancy. Standard-of-care for prenatal screening is to run a panel of tests which are always preventative and typically covered by insurance. However, these tests were coded as diagnostic instead because of a mistake either by the physician or the billing department. Each blames the other for the mistake and refuses to take a look at it. Our insurance company agrees with us that this $800 charge is erroneous and that it's Sanford's fault. Sadly, it seems that Sanford has gotten too big to care about executing well for meat-and-potatoes medical care and is more interested in sports surgeries and weight loss shakes.

Great service! Front desk was supper nice. Doctors were very helpful!Even though I was a few min late for the walk-in, they still saw me! Was able to see same doc as I did when I came in before, he is supper nice, and funny! Made me feel at ease!Even thought about changing primary to this facility, since I live in moorhead now. But I work in fargo, so is still easier to use fargo clinic.
