Got a new 1025R with some bells and whistles. I have dealt with Adam Meister in Moorhead MN and can't say enough about him. I had one issue at the 7 hour mark that I believe is just an assembly issue. I gave him a text and even though they are understaffed and busy he got it into service and taken care of right away. He even had a new sales intern deliver it back to me as the service department would not have been able to deliver it back for another 4 days.

Ryan the service manager and Christain the mechanic have been great to work with. I bought a used JD tractor that I knew nothing about and they helped me get the JD 2555 back to where it is the best tractor that I have ever owned. Thank You Brad McDonald

Every thing went pretty good. I did wonder if the tractor I had purchased had been serviced after it was traded in. I also wanted a quote on a tiller for the tractor. Overall the sale went well.

Recently during the annual service that was Completed on my JD2305 the service tech discovered a bearing issue with the snowblower. I received a phone call and was informed of the problem and what the cost would be for the necessary repairs. I received a follow up call from Matt Dooley the service manager to see if everything was working to my satisfaction. I have been a customer since the early 80’s and from my salesman Jay Desautel whom I’ve dealt with since then, to Matt and his service department crew I cannot express how much I appreciate the care and concern that they have extended to me all these years.

Mixed thoughts here. Very good at finding the parts I needed and looking through schematics to find my missing brackets. Down side was they waited to pull my parts together until I got there after my backorder parts arrived. Spent an additional 20 minutes waiting for them. Could have been done before I got there. Still very friendly and got me copies of the expanded detailed prints without me asking.
