Very friendly staff. Clean equipment. Set up very well. You don't have to wander around to find the equipment that you need to complete the workout you're doing.

I’m 78 years old and usually go in the early afternoon. I like the elliptical machine. I do stretches and some strength training in the room with the barre and exercise balls. Gym and locker room are clean. Staff is friendly.

Equipment is well taken care of. Bathrooms and showers very nice compared to pf back home.
