I really enjoyed working with Sam, he was friendly, helpful and very casual. He worked as a problem solver who backed up everything he suggested. There was no pressure, just fast friendly service. I would do business there again.

They have great prices and I think they really care about the customers and the cars they're selling. He was very fun and knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed within my price range. Even when we pointed out some flaws he said they could be fixed by him right away. They have some shiny spray they put on the engine though- shiny does not mean new or good (not saying they aren't just an observation) just struck me as kinda weird

As a younger female trying to find a car after my previous one broke, I found myself at Nicks Auto. My dad had looked at the car the day before and had already told me about the nice costumer service. I went in the next morning and found myself at ease with Sam and the workers. I didn’t feel like I got lied to or scammed like other places I tried. They helped me so much with my first time buying a car at a dealership and I am so thankful for their help. Not only honesty and kindness but also giving me tips on the steps moving forward.

From the moment I walked into the office at Nick's Auto, I was greeted by Sam with warmth, kindness, and a genuine interest in what my car needs were. He took the time to ask about what I was looking for in a vehicle, what my price range was etc. and he treated me like an old friend who truly wanted to help meet me where I was at in my car journey.
Fast forward to about a month later after searching a couple other places and other cars and I found myself back at Nick's interested in a different car. I drove it, but it wasn't really what I was looking for...then Sam mentioned a Ford Escape he had on the lot and everything changed. I was previously only looking at sedans and the thought of an SUV never really crossed my mind, but it was within my price range and so I decided to test it out.
I'm happy I did because I found the vehicle of my dreams!! Thank you, Sam, for your patience, helpfulness, and professionalism throughout this process. From the first meeting we had to signing paperwork and me leaving the lot with my new car, I'm so impressed with the great, personable, and friendly service I received!! ??❤️

Took my daughter to buy a car from Nicks. I’m old enough to still have serious reservations about a smaller dealership, that said the guys were so fair about price and trade in I had to tell her this is not the normal car buying experience. It’ll be awhile before I need a new vehicle but Nicks will be my first stop

Nick's was a very good experience. I had trouble with other dealerships in the past. Nick's Auto changed my whole point of view. I highly recommend them. Would definitely buy from them again.
