Love Love Love my Subaru(s) and Muscatell is THE BEST group of people to work with - from sales, finance, service, parts, detailing, etc. - every single person is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and upbeat. I am enjoying my 5th Subaru (3 Outbacks, 1 Ascent & currently a Forester Touring) from Muscatell, my husband has an F150 Platinum from them, and our company has purchased two work trucks through them. The whole group is always a pleasure to work with, and I feel like family whenever I walk through the doors. 100% Recommend!! Special Shoutout to Wes, Brian & Mike - these guys are top notch!

My daughter lives in the area for school--the rest of us live 250 miles away--so when her car broke down in Fargo, we had to arrange everything over the phone. This dealership went wayyy over duty of helping us out. Sarah in the service department was amazing. She has really high standards for quality of service. She also understood our situation and exercised GREAT compassion for my daughters needs. Greg in the pre-owned sales department also gave us great care and compassion. I highly recommend this dealership!

Calling for parts gets you put on a “temporary hold” where you get to listen to potential free cruise offers. If you’re like me and actually have an IQ above room temperature you press the button that corresponds to, “no I am not interested.”After rejecting all cruise attempts the phone call just ends, even if you just let it run it’s course, it hangs up on you. The only way you can contact the parts department is to call the ACTUAL Muscatell Subaru dealership and have them transfer your phone call.

I was getting off work the night before the holiday weekend when I used my new Astro start, which a private person installed. The Astro start wasn’t connecting so I got in a cold car. After brushing off the snow I notice my dome light was not shutting off. So thought perhaps the light had been on and this that’s why the Astro didn’t work. Then I notice a message telling me my door was open. Went and shut two doors but the message still stayed on as well as dome light. Started to drive and had all kinds of thoughts running through my head as it’s the long holiday weekend and would my battery drain due to me not being able to get the dome light off or the message to shut off. Slowing down my brain waves while driving, reached up and switched off the overhead dome light and continued to drive home. Once in my garage i proceeded to chop off ice and snow from around the car door but to no luck. The message would stay on. My fears of this long weekend…I wondered if I would have a dead battery. Contacting my son Matt, who suggested i take it into Muscatell Subaru. In calling the dealership I had 50 minutes to get there…I was 15 minutes out. I was so worried about the long weekend and having my fairly new car die over the long holiday weekend due to this puzzling issue. Driving into the Muscatell garage Matt Upton was already busy but was able to break to hear about my issue and within a couple of minutes here comes Mike Wentz having over heard my issue and was already working on a solution with phone in his hand looking up information. He knew what the problem was and explained it to me what needed to be done but had to chat with someone as to what wire had to be cut. Who ever put the starter in, again a non-Subaru person, must not have known the issue that would be caused. Feeling SO thankful for dealership being opened that late on the night before the holiday weekend! VERY thankful for the quick response from Matt and Mike on relieving my fears of the unknown and simple fix. Then Mike even going as far as fixing the issue! Hands down the BEST service received! Thank you to my son Matt, Matt U, Mike and any others behind the scene for such great service! With your great fast service I could now enjoy the long holiday weekend without any fears! Thank you!
