“Stopped in for some fertilizer for the yard and dropped off 6 lawn mower blades to get sharpened. They called me within like 3 hours telling me my blades were ready for pick up. Excellent turn around time. The balance seems to be real good on the first set. I will update on the 2nd set when I use them. Definitely a go to neighborhood hardware store! A+”

“Harbor freight is great. This store is even better. Polite staff, efficient. 12" Moving dollies for 12 bucks??? Great. Plus, they will be on sale in March for $7, I learned that from the cashier who warned me they would be cheaper soon. I needed them today though.

“I recently stopped by the new Fargo ND Acme Tool Service Dept. I only needed an air filter for my Stihl 800 series backpack blower. Felt kinda out of place walking by all the big Kubota tractors needing such an insignificant part. The quality of service and attention I received was amazing. Ken Naylor, one of the service writers, after ordering me a 3 part kit, (saving money vs ordering 3 parts individually) printed me the schematic with the individual parts highlighted. Then, he mentioned other local businesses that might have an air filter that day to get me up and running.I am grateful to get that quality of help only 3 miles away. It was above and beyond any small engine service counter in the area. The funny thing is this transaction was under 15 dollars. And they,Steve McDonough was there also, treated me like I owned the company. Think I will buy all my power equipment from Acme now just because I found a service department that I trust.”

“On a recent business trip to Fargo from Livingston,TX, I visited your Lowe's store on 6/23. It was Sunday morning At 9:40. Store number 1650.
Have to say it was the most amazing location I've been to. Every employee was cheerful, helpful,polite and knew where everything was located. Store was immaculate and all items were in the correct bin or shelf. All neatly arranged. Was like Lowe's heaven to me! Just amazing store.
Met Audrey at self checkout. Happy and helpful and thrilled as I told her about my experience at "her" Lowe's. Wish I could beam myself there whenever I need stuff. Thanks for helping make my trip a successful one and restoring my faith in your company!”
“I was shopping last month at this Menards with my toddler, and while distracted my $16.XX rebate check apparently fell out of my pocket somewhere. I retraced where we went and couldn't find it and figured it was lost - someone probably picked it up and used it. However, a couple weeks later a Menards envelope arrived from this same location and inside was my $16.XX rebate check! Even the post-it note list I had put on it was still there. Apparently, someone found my rebate check on the floor, it made it to management, they used the info to get my address, and mailed it back to me. Thank You to all the good people at this Menards whose hands that rebate check went through! I/we greatly appreciate your act of good will and integrity!”
