I went with a friend whose home COVID test had questionable results. We were in and out fairly quickly and he knew the results within a few hours and was able to get back to work. They were quick and professional. Got him in and out so no more time wasted.Masks are required.

If you like to be in harassed in a trashy place by a bunch of Karens that hate both you and their careers, this is the perfect place for you! Bad service, long wait times, subpar healthcare… you’re better off just staying home.

Our visit was wonderful today. They were efficient and kind to my daughter who was nervous. Our doctor, Chris was amazing!! He had us both laughing. Thank you for making my daughter so happy when she wasn't feeling her best.

This was the worst I’ve ever been treated. I took my son in bc he had a bumpy rash. (Note his doctor he saw on 12/29/21 didn’t seem concerned about it) they asked me about how much screen time my son gets when I was just trying to calm him down, then proceeded to basically give me a parenting lesson bc of how my 2 year old was acting. The nurse was sooooo rude, the doctor was okay until I got a parenting lesson. I’m sorry my son doesn’t like the doctors, he doesn’t like strangers. I’m just saying if you want to feel okay and reassured don’t go here go to any other clinic. They were very unprofessional. I went to help my son not hurt and that should have been there focus, not how I’m raising my son.

Between this visit and previous visits, we have always had a positive experience. The best part of this walk in clinic is the wait times have always been much less than our experiences at other clinics.

The Dr was good. I'm am very unimpressed as I am disabled. The front desk she just watched me struggled with my walker getting through the door both ways. This is so unexceptable!

From setting up at the desk to my examination and diagnosis. All above and beyond. Been there over 10 times this was by far my best experience.

I was diagnosed three times with an ear infection and sinus infection, two of the times I went to ear nose and throat one day later and had no ear infection. I was given 30 days of unnecessary antibiotics. My son was brought in diagnosed with an ear infection then brought to Sanford and Sanford said there's no way that you could diagnosed with an ear infection cuz his ear is filled with wax. Then she gave him a flu shot while he had a hundred and one fever. I have been told by multiple doctors to stay away and to not go back to this walk-in clinic and visit doctor Marilyn ek. My son was sick for a week after his flu shot while he was sick and unnecessary antibiotics we will never use this hospital again

Typically no problem. But today was seen there 3 pm sat july 27th. Came in for a simple chest infection black and white case small fever, started as sinus infection, spread to lungs coughing up bloody chunks of green mucus. Been treated there atleast 5 times for same reason in 2 years. But today get stuck with a incompitent idiot with zero buisness practicing medicine. Thought i was there to message her ego and satisfy her god complex but could not wrap head around fact i was there for medical treatment. Was treated like a drug seeker chashing narcotics for needing a simple zpac she would not perscribe. Such a commom since case strugging to wrap my mind around how they have someone that idiotic practicing medicine. What i was offered was prednisone which will have a terrible interaction with another med im taking that they have record of. On billing visits run 250 dollars. My ins covers 80 percent which should leave me a balance of 50 bucks so why am i being billed 90 plus dollars per visit. Complete lack of common sence there today is unbeleavable going to have to go see my primary next week costing more time, money and headach for what should have been treated today. Myself and my insurance better not be billed one penny for todays visit and the wanna be dr/nurse i saw needs to be fired. Simply put left with absolutely no help to treat a infection and i mean absolutely NO HELP.

I am writing this review as a reason for the way i was treated by this clinic. I had a skin rash which was very bothering on my elbows and neck so I decided to come to see the doctor at this clinic. After examination she told me that I have ringworm. Although none of the skin lesions appeared to be ringworm( no circular pattern , appearance on friction / contact clothes areas , relation to possible allergen - necklace ) I was prescribed therapy for ringworm. After 7 days of treatment My condition worsened and all the skin lesion started to itch even worse and expand on the skin. I went back to see the same Dr,and I explained that the treatment doesn’t work and it must be something different. At that time She gave me an even larger dose of anti-ringworm treatment Which cost me almost $300 to continue apply on the skin despite worsening of the symptoms. After another 5days in which the symptoms further worsened And I couldn’t stand the itchy skin, I decided to go back to the clinic told them my skin getting worse and more place appear new spots, they send me different dr to see my skin, she said I have scabies and changed the cream to anti-scabies treatment cost another more than 200$ for the cream although again the lesions did not look at all like scabies and as I explain to the doctor or most likely related to me wearing a necklace in the past from which I was worried about an allergic reaction. I talked to a friend over the phone physician and he told me that most likely I have a hypersensitivity reaction type for possible contact allergy. I told this to the new doctor but she still prescribe me treatment for scabies. Of course the treatment didn’t have any result and I felt much worse after another two days. I decided at that time to go to a different clinic. IMA,Finally here the doctor prescribed Cortizone cream as well as prednisone per mouth which is an anti-allergy treatment and my symptoms improved immediately. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated by the first clinic by the lack of elementary knowledge of the doctors as well as of the money I had to spend on her useless harmful treatment. cost me 700$ total here got skin worse !

not very LGBT+ conscious, was approached with disconcern by the nurse and doctor. felt like my needs/concerns were being ignored and glossed over and shoved out the door with a poor diagnosis and prescriptions that don't work because of that.
