Stopped for gas today. Pump rejected my card (always happens at Casey's pumps for some reason) so went to prepay inside only to find note on door that said "temporarily closed." Then I noticed the 3 employees out back standing around chatting. None seemed to want to help so I left.

If you ever catch Shannon working, she probably won’t put your items in a bag (part of her job description) if you ask her for one she will expect you to bag it yourself. If you tell her their cooler is leaking she will look at you crazy and proceed to tell you that she’s been at the register and she has a line behind you. She didn’t say thank you for telling me or that she was going to do anything about it until I asked her why she was being rude. I called her manager Crystal, to let her know how that situation was handled. If anyone were to slip n fall because of that leak you guys would have a lawsuit and no job. YOU’RE WELCOME ?

Visiting a Casey's is always an amazing experience. I actually go out of my way to go to a Casey's instead of other gas stations. Their rewards system is a lot better than most of the other places that I've used rewards at, and I don't think the reward points expire at Casey's. Totally a 10 out of 10 experience, I will definitely go here again (and again).

After being hung up on twice, I got told to call corporate on Monday to get a refund.... gotta love any and all disregard for customer service even after my card is charged for items I didn't receive on top of a messed up food order???

The bathroom doors say, ask the cashier for the key and the cashier says I don't have keys in the morning but when I leave I see that he gives the key to someone else, excellent service, Casey's is the only one that doesn't work for nimadres.

The management team is personable and caring here, but individual experience may vary as some individual employees drop the ball regularly, especially at night. Pizza being available by the slice is hit or miss. Deliveries can sometimes be right on time or be delayed an hour and you just never know what it will be, but at least when the food does arrive it's prepared well. Casey's is still the best in the area for fountain pops when stopping in, so I appreciate that as well.

Last 2 times ive shopped here cashiers were rude and snarky. Constantly watching me as if im going to steal even AS im paying.

Had a quick bite here. Store was clean. Easy to find stuff. Not too busy and customer service good. I definitely will be back. Had a good wrap and a medium soda for about 8$. They have Texas Pete hot sauce packets and I have never seen Texas Pete in FM area stores or restaurants.

Store hours are incorrect in everything. Store is 12 but kitchen closes 2 hours before store so 10 even though everything (including the food apps) say either 11 or 1130. I just lost money because he thinks it will take him 2 hours to shutdown a small kitchen.

First, they close at 10PM, if not earlier. I'm so sad to read all the snowflakes complaints, the world is not here to make you feel important. It is a nice place usually pretty quiet and not loaded with people figuring out which scratchers to buy like Holiday. Quick service, no attitude, friendly helpful people. Neighborhood is going downhill but not Caseys fault. Lock your car and beware of people lingering outside, including those sitting in their car, watched a girl jump out and try to get into my car as I was inside.

This store closes early literally went there at 10:30 tonight lights outside were off door locked, website said 12.
