This is atrocious! I was told because I ordered the garlic crust there is no sauce. Only one pizza was ordered that way though, and it still showed marinara when I submitted my order. The veggie was missing onion, green pepper, and the pepperoni I added.
The association I spoke with was patient and helpful in resolving this issue.

My experience here is usually hit and miss. Staff can either be friendly and professional or seemingly annoyed that you interrupted their phone time. The environment is typically clean and well-stocked, consistent with other Casey's locations. Word of caution if you plan on stopping out later at night: they may lock the doors prior to their posted closing time. It happened to me again last night (1/23/24), but this time it was after I had gone in thankfully. I watched them lock the front doors at 9:45pm. I understand staffing issues, but I'd rather they'd just change their hours rather than having to waste time and gas money to find out they've closed early.

Food was fresh and warm and the store was nice and clean. My main issue was the staff. The one at the counter was watching YouTube videos on full volume while I was attempting to pay for my food so I could leave. It's very rude and represents the business poorly.

Update after 2 months you still can not get a receipt at almost every pump. But hey we make you pre-pay so either come in twice or go somewhere else
Half the pumps are down, the others no paper or printers down. Come on Casey's do better. Friendly staff though

Staff is quite friendly..usually. But multiple problems near closing time. One night the only employee saw me walk in, and they went to the kitchen area and didn’t come back for 10 minutes as I waited at the register. Tonight I couldn’t get any of the pumps to get beyond the ‘one moment please’ screen for 5 minutes before closing time. Then at 10pm, they shut the lights off on me. Very disappointed. I recommend this Casey’s during the day, but do not recommend near closing time

Not sure who the lady was making pizza last night but sorry that I came in and bothered you by ordering a pizza. I have never been treated so rudely and that was really uncalled for. The cashier that helped out was incredibly nice.....you should take a few lessons from her on customer service. Maybe you were having a bad day/evening but wow.....learn a little respect.

The worst gas station I've ever seen the card machine on the pump doesn't work for card try couple of them doesn't work. You have to go with cold weather to the cashier to pay for it

I live near this Casey’s and it’s one of the best places to stop for some pizza and drinks the staff is very friendly the bathrooms are always clean and their never out of pastries.

Normally I love Casey's and wouldn't have issue stopping there. However, I stopped in one evening for a soda and to use the atm. So after using the atm, putting my money in my pocket, and grabbing my soda I went the counter. The lady behind the counter immediately and aggressively accused me of theft and demanded I empty my pockets. Imagine my confusion! After not so nicely showing her and explaining each item in my pocket and how none of it was from the store shelves (keys, phone, cash, atm receipt), she proceeded to ring me up with her hostile attitude as if I was ever going to spend another penny there again.

Normally this is my preferred Caseys in Moorhead/Dilworth, but for the past few months the mens bathroom has been trashed. Now imagine my frustration when I went in today, desperately needing to go, only to find the mens bathroom stall no longer has a lock.The lock had been flopping around for a a few weeks now so its not like its been a sudden development either and there's no signage or etc to warn people.

I probably won't order pizza again from this location. After placing my order and being told it would be 20-25 min I left to run an errand. Got back 23 min later and they hadn't even started to make my pizza. I watched them make it and put it in. No apology nothing.
