The baristas are curt and kinda rude. The hours are always changing and they are often out of things to make a regular menu drink.Kid-friendliness: I don't see the baristas changing their grumpiness for the kids

The staff are always kind and prompt with orders. The drinks are never disappointing at Caribou! Just wish that this location could be more consistently open each day as scheduled so I wouldn’t have to go so far from my usual commute route to get my coffee on my way to work since they are often closed many times when I’ve attempted to order here…

Waited 15 minutes for the lady to come to the counter. Once she came she skipped me and helped others even though I was first in line. The workers name is Amber. ps: there was no sign that said they’re away or will be

When the lady is there it’s good, but there is hardly ever anyone working at this location. They always have a sign out that says “Be back in 15 minutes. Went to get supplies” that sign has been up for three days.
