Good at what they do and respect a woman’s opinion on what is wrong with the pickup. Reasonable service fee.

Communication and customer service leave much to be desired. Been waiting over a week for a response after several calls and emails to Pete and Brian. Just want a rat pack. Wouldn't think that'd be that hard to coordinate.

Purchased our handicap van from there. Rear door seal where our ramp for our daughter went out after years of wear so went to them to have it replaced. Showed someone the 3 foot section, which is it's own piece, that needed to be replaced and he said he'd have to order it and it would take about a week. We live out of town and it was near the 4th of July when we ordered so I waited for a call when it came in and never got one. I called in on my own to see if the part was in and was curtly told it was to which I said no one called to say it was. Scheduled my appointment for the following week and was told it would take about an hour to install. We planned for this and took 2 vehicles so we could leave the van. When my wife called to make sure it was done later in the afternoon she was told it was and when she asked how much she was told over $650! For a 3 foot piece of weather stripping! I know what you're thinking, that's crazy and that's what we thought. We expected $200, maybe $300 for the weatherstripping and install. Now I guess I'm partly to blame for not asking ahead, but for a 3 foot piece of rubber I would expect a lot less. Needless to say we complained and the shop manager only said "I thought someone explained this to you" which my wife and I both said they did not. He then said the part came as a two piece kit and it included the seal for around the whole rear lift gate, which did not need replacing. He said he would work with us on the price which was eventually lowered to $530 total, which is still ridiculous. The seal "kit" costs $330, I'm guessing from the dealer, but still have to check on that. Make sure you get a quote before any work is done and asked how much shop labor is, because by my calculation from his original price it's about $300 per hour since he said it would take an hour to install. The whole reason we went there was because we purchased our van there and figured since it's the lower seal around the ramp it was a specialty part. Apparently it's not since it came as a two piece kit which each piece looks like the other, one is just longer. Also I would have installed it myself. Not usually one to complain, but when you see a 3 foot piece of rubber that needs replacing you dont think $650, and I dont know about other people but I would certainly like a heads up if the price was going to be that high for something so small.
