We came in just to get a screen protector and update our service account. Micheal is very knowledgeable on both things we needed. We have been there several times over the years and will continue to use this store for our cell phone needs.

I had been on the phone with Verizon support twice for over an hour at a time. My call dropped and I was very frustrated. I went into this Verizon store and was helped by Tim (TJ). He was understanding and supportive and helped me through my issues with a terrific attitude. Thanks so much!!

I went in 07/15/2024 to get their internet service, Michael said he will waive the restocking fee for both if it didn't work for me with in 30 days, long story short, it did not work for me, so on 07/16/2024 I went in to return it, Eric the "store manager" said he will return one of the device and the other one won't let me return it, because the box was ripped, and he stated it shows it on the invoice, the invoice states "in the ORIGINAL box" only, however after arguing back and forth he finally took it in to return, but charged me a restocking fee.

I came in frustrated I had just broke the screen on my current phone. Alex was quick to get me set up with a new phone and accessories and on my way. Very friendly and efficient. Being close to home was a huge bonus. Will recommend to others.
