“I spoke with Dillion (sp?) the Manager of Moorhead O'Reilly's and explained what happened (see my previous review). I was going to go there the next morning to work with him on changing my cabin air filter but life happened bc it's unpredictable and couldn't make it. I called there and told them I didn't mean to leave him hanging. Yesterday, I called over there to see if Manager Dillion was there, and he wasn't bc managers have to manage and do stuff and it was later in the day. A kind guy named Trevor said that he can't change the cabin filter for me, but I could borrow the tools and bring them back. I told him I appreciated it, but I don't have much gas(not even enough for one gallon). I told him I may or may not go over there. Autozone was closer by and so I went there and got my situation figured out. This morning, I called O'Reilly's, and Trevor answered again. I told him my situation and that I went to Autozone instead but that I appreciated their willingness to lend me the tools to change my air cabin filter. So because of that true kindness and trust between us, I told him I would make a different review, and that when I have the money I want to go buy some of their cool stuff--like seat covers, and their Blue Magic for the Headlights that get cloudy--that works like a charm! So thank you, Dillion and Trevor, for taking my concerns seriously and changing things up to provide good customer service to us all. Also, Shout Out to Autozone ShitShow Supervisor XD I need to write a fun review for them too. All the businesses in this area can work together!
