Always friendly staff with quick service and I almost never have to wait in line!I haven't had any issues with packages being lost or delayed in the 6 months since we moved here and I ship roughly 1 package per day.

Lady at counter was so incredibly rude. Tried to drop Amazon packages to return with prepaid labels. They had to go through Post Office, not UPS. She would not accept as she said they were over weight for First Class. Funny thing is they were sent in the same package to me as First Class. When I asked for clarification she got snappy. Don't appreciate being disrespected when all I am doing is following directions I was given. Never have a good experience at this location.

My girlfriend tried to send her mom a card for Mother's Day and it got returned to us saying it's considered a package and want us to pay $4.12 to send it. Stuff like this keeps happening, very annoying.

The clerk here put the tracking number on the wrong side of the envelope so in short, it ended up being sent back to me instead of its destination. But otherwise I'm sure it's fine.

So many times I get an " attempted delivery" and not get my packages on time. Just happened again today. I swear the mail person just didn't want to get out because it was raining. What's more irritating is post office is only open for 1 hour on Saturday according to their posted hours.

The mail delivery man at the Montrose United States Postal Service site is unkind to kids, disrespectful to adults, and will not pick up your packages for returns. Absolutely the worst postal service I have ever encountered.

I love our local post office. Both the postwoman and postman are extremely friendly, they ship things fast, and I've never had a damaged item (and I mail a TON)! Thanks for the good work, keep it up!

The woman who delivers our mail is always extremely rude and gives less than a minute for a person to get to the door for deliveries. She also does not update the postal information to stop giving us mail for people who do not live here (for 4 years now!!). After repeatedly attempting to update the information I have tried calling the post office and of course, no one answers.
