If could give a neg review I would. My Bank of 20 years wouldn’t approve a small personal loan. Great credit score 800+ no debt. I run my business though them also. Won’t do anything to help when you need it. Do not recommend.

Now I see why you have a two star average...... thanks to your bank manager Kendall I'm giving a 1 star. I've been baking with Wells Fargo for 20+ years. I had hail damage on my roof, brought the check in cashed and put it in my account from my insurance company. The roofing company only takes checks so I asked for a check I was told is a $10 fee for a cashiers check. I explain to the lady I just need a basic counter check. The teller working with me said she'd have to ask the management if she can get that waved. I know it's only a dollar but it's principal..... The manager came up and immediately told me no we are doing you a service. That's why we charge for the checks.. I did get mad. I told her that's absolute bullshit. I've been a customer for 20 years. All I want is a counter check waved.... She said she's not gonna do it because of my attitude. Kendall. Should check her attitude. Well, I hope this one star review review helps her and her career.... A good manager would've just came and took care of it. Seeing that I've been a customer for 20+ years. I have my home mortgage, savings and , my Check. Including my daughters account with Wells Fargo. So I got all my money out went to a different bank and got a free check. I hope it's worth it for your manager to be so disrespectful.. That's really good training for your employees......

The bankers here are all so nice and helpful. Depending on what you need to do, if if you need to speak with a banker you might want to call ahead for an appointment, however even when we in out of the blue they made rime for us (though there was a wait time).

Made an appointment waited 30 minutes past when it was supposed to start and they didn’t assist. I do not recommend this bank to anyone who is impatient or expects to be treated well.

Our banker James was absolutely fantastic. He was organized, thorough, humorous and best of all wanted us to make educated choices. We feel we made a great choice for our banking needs and are so grateful to have found someone we can trust with our finances and financial questions. Get this man his own branch!!

I had to do a wire transfer. Tried to do it on line but there is a limit. Tried to schedule an appointment and first available is Sept 16!!!!!! Called and they said to stop by. I stop by and they said to make an appointment which is not until Sept 16!!! Seriously!!!????

This is by far the worst branch in this area. I'll make the drive to Buffalo for friendly and quick service. The people, including the branch manager, seem to be very inept at their positions. I find them extremely unprofessional. Avoid this branch at all costs.

I have been a customer with wells Fargo since 2009. I had an issue with my debit card so I went into the Monticello branch and the customer service that I had was amazing. I have managed customer service employees for 16 years, so can recognize employees that stand out. The quality of the internal employees of the Monticello branch top notch. Kim, who is one of the branch employees is amazing. I also worked with Nate, as well as the branch manager to resolve my issue. They were incredibly helpful, spent the time needed with me to look into my issue and resolved it. -leigha

This branch is one of the worst in the area, I walk in today for open a checking account, someone told me let me see if there is a banker aviable but I only see one banker around I wait 15 minutes in the lobby just to hear from the manager oh no body can help you at the moment schedule an appointment online and I was trying to to schedule a time for open my account but I have to wait 10 days so I can open my check account, this bank is ridiculous.

Wells Fargo will always be my bank, as they have been a long time friendly and helpful bank.They have always been personal financial professionals to us for over 10+ year's. I moved from the most non professional bank ( TCF) that had messed up my account so bad as it put me so far in debt that it took years to get out due to their interests and their fees on accounts. Never again will go to a bank such as that. Wells Fargo helped me without fees and brought my credit score more than ten points. I can't say enough good about Wells Fargo...
