Just wanted to ask 1 question from a live human being in Monticello Minnesota. Have to wait 30 minutes, horrible service.

Would give less if possible. My packages are NEVER delivered to my address. 2 years now I've had to reorder or track down my own packages because they would get misdelivered and I would get told it's not their problem. Worst post office ever!
