I upgraded my service to take advantage of new technology. Jason explained the new connections and remote control. He provided me with his cell phone number and encouraged me to call if I had questions or concerns.

We can’t say enough about how personable, knowledgeable, (patient), and helpful our TDS technician was today. We are excited for the new technology and look forward to using our new system to its full advantage. A big thank you to Jason.

I went to pay my bill at TDS to avoid extra charges paying online, but it was closed mid day, with no hours posted. Also, I was unable to find the business hours online. The building itself was easy to find, but locating the entrance was a little confusing. I recommend they start advertising their business hours. Thanks

Just awful. Shut off service on an account (2 days past due) that has autopay when they set up the autopayment for a date past the due date. Not only did they charge for this month and next month but they also charged the autopayment. $300 for one month of internet services?? No thank you. I'll be going somewhere else.

I have found two exceptional employees from TDS. Both of these men have actually dug into my problems until a solution was completed. I appreciate the efforts they've made to resolve the issues.Unfortunately I only know 1st names.Joe and JasonFor some reason I've had "out of the norm" issues, but these two have kept looking until a fix could be made. Thank you and please acknowledge these two men for their great service!

Don't bother setting up anything online because they won't be able to verify any of it in the call center. Set an appointment up that they weren't able to verify or provide me any information on because they couldn't see it on their end. Not sure what type of system they are running on but it must be windows 97 which doesn't give me a lot of hope in an internet company. I'm hopeful the internet installation will be a better experience otherwise this company is a complete joke.

They charged me $110 for less than 25mbps. I signed up for 300mbps for $29.95. Now I've been on hold for 3 hours and they suspended my internet suspiciously while I've been wasting my entire day on hold.

The technician from TDS telecom out of Monticello, MN was such a wonderful guy. He is literally the best technician TDS Telecommunications LLC will ever have. There was a problem with installation of my internet at my address this morning and Jason Archie of TDS is literally the guy who should do every install across town. He didn’t give up till I got Internet today. He did a very wonderful job. He even went as far as to put there gateway into modem state so I could use my own router behind their router/modem combo.

Had an appointment scheduled for them to come and set up internet. They canceled my appointment because I didn’t send the correct documents. I sent something. But no communication about it and whenever you try contact someone on the phone you are on hold a long time

At first good service but it fell apart quickly! I can’t recommend their service but the product was good.

Horrible customer service, spotty connection and when I called to cancel as I'm moving next month they told me my service would be avaliable until the end of the pay cycle I had paid for but later that same day they not only turned my wifi off but they deleted my entire account so I couldn't log in online. Tds is TEDIOUS. Horrible company.

TDS is very expensive, not the best customer service, and extremely long wait time to get answers. I will not have internet for over a week because they can not get a persons to come fix it. Also they can not fix my account and I have been over charged since I start. I am only allowed 2 internet providers and both of them are the worse. I would really wish that the place I live would change it so I can actually get reliable service for a good price. Worst experience ever with this company.

I had the worst experience with TDS. They’re the worst internet provider. These people are unprofessional and incompetent. They added baseless fees to my account for months and months. They refused to take it out, and I closed my account with them. Never

I have been a customer of TDS for 5 years. Don't ask me why. My choses are limited. To put it bluntly, there service is marginal at best ( slow speed) and there accounting system is from the dark ages. I would not be surprised if they still use floppy disks, for those who remember FD. Don't waist your time trying to contact them as they will use the well worn phrase about Covid to cover there under staffing. My advise is to shop around and if all else fails buy unlimited data from your cell phone provider. Use your phone's hot spot for any streaming. Good Luck
