It is really irritating that the staff find it unnecessary to open the doors 5 minutes before opening, there have been plenty of times where I drop by to pick something up on my way to work and there are people standing outside. The Target I worked at previously had great customer service and made that a known thing, doors open 5 minutes early when people are outside. Also, why is the store not open earlier if you see you repetitively have guests waiting for you to open?

IT AMAZES ME HOW MANY TIMES I ORDER FOR DRIVE UP, WAIT AN HOUR OR SO ONLY FOR HALF MY ORDER TO BE OUT OF STOCK APPARENTLY…YET WHEN I WALK INTO STORE AFTER CANCELING MY DRIVE-UP ORDER ONLY TO FIND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY ITEMS THAT WERE OUT OF STOCK TO BE OVERFLOWING WITH THAT ITEM ON THE SHELVES. THAT TO ME SCREAMS LAZY AND THEY JUST DON'T CARE.

Zero stars. Don't bother with asking for sliced meat at the deli. Employees were visiting with each other as I stood there waiting to be helped. After a few minutes someone helped me. Put my order in, shopped for 15 minutes, came back, not ready. She's helping a new customer and filled his order right away. I played a game on my phone for 7 minutes standing right there as she then started talking to a friend that was shopping and swung by. Discouraged I left.

I shop at the Monticello store probably 2-3 times a week and always find it organized, even when they're restocking.. It's always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, both in the store and the CVS

Drive up is absolutely horrible. The employees are rude as hell and have no idea what they're doing. They literally throw your items in your car and slam your doors. They don't say have a good night or anything to you. They stand around and talk for 5 minutes before they decide to go grab your order. Save yourself the hassle and pick up your order inside.

A mainstay of shopping in Monticello, it's either here or Walmart! Attractive interior, relatively easy to find what you're looking for. Limited phone choices but I guess that's a corporate decision. Bought a coffee maker there a week ago; plenty of choices. But....cashier still struggled with gift cards! Common problem here, by the time it was figured out three people were involved!

Not happy that self checkout is not open. 3 cashiers and had to wait in line while the self checkout was sitting there closed. I prefer to check out and bag myself. Plus 30% after Christmas when everyone else is 50% is not a good deal.
