The staff here was extremely helpful and courteous. I had a special request for our Jeep windshield and they made my husband's day. They located a windshield with the infamous "Willy" logo. Thanks Joe, we love it! I would highly recommend Steele Auto, Monticello, for your auto glass replacement.

I truly cannot express how good y'all have been to us! It has been a freak basketball accident versus 2 different vehicles, 2 different times! And Steeles has saved us each time. They do such an amazing job, the crew is so nice and they get the job done in a timely manner. Thank you so much for everything! The basketball hoop is GONE, but if we need anything we WILL be back!

I am beyond thrilled with the work Steeles did to get my car back to new after a deer hit. They were kind, professional, communicated with me throughout the process, did a FABULOUS job in a timely manner, and EVEN DETAILED THE INSIDE! I recommend them to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle!

Had our car at steels for service, they could not do all the work in shop, they sent it to the auto shop that's behind them, we were quoted three different prices in the two weeks it took them to fix the car, they gave us false information about when the car would be finished, finally when the car was done the price went up yet again. They would not work with us on the price, they blamed each other for the Miss communication, one place does not take checks, steels does not take master card, we yelled about that and they said they would take it but they would be charged 3% and made it sound like it was our fault. Horrible service, will Never recommend or be back.

I don't trust people, but I trust them. I had a small no fault accident in my work Truck. It took me a month to even find time to deal with it because it was my work vehicle. Steeles was busy and said that they could do it in about a week and a half. I told them that I had the next 3 days off and it would help me out immensely if they could find a way to do it in the next three days. They said, reluctantly, thay could. When I brought my work Truck in the next morning, John V drove me home in his own vehicle. About a 20 minute drive.
These guys did the work in the time they promised and, I felt, went out of their way for me. I appreciate the professional and carrying conduct and terrific work they did. I highly recommend these guys!!! Way to go guys!

Horrible Service, Almost a year and still dealing with them on trying to get my vehicle fixed properly. Got in a wreck in August and they had my vehicle for almost a month to fix it, than after they "fixed" it, they used parts for a different model. So I had to take it back to them again to fix it again (February). Now today my mirror just fell off (May) that they supposedly had fixed, along with my rear-view mirror from my windshield they replaced.
