poor customer service. I was unhappy with my color that was done by Amber. After sensing an attitude from Amber about fixing my color, I contacted the salon. They said they would talk to Amber and never got back to me, even after I tried to follow up once. I had wanted my hair on the Ashy side and it was more orange then I wanted. I also was unhappy with the balayage as there was a big spot on the bottom. The first picture is the color I wanted. The other 2 pictures is what I got. I definitely do not recommend this salon.

It's a cozy and comfortable salon with beautiful decor. Nicole does an amazing job with my hair and she listens to want you want. I recommend this salon and Nicole to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I was all kinds of nervous and anxious going in. I had messed up my hair trying to cut it myself and just about ruined it BUT Amber literally saved my hair lol I cannot be more thankful of her and her help, I actually am in love with my hair again. It's healthy, got some color (bye bye dull), and I can run my fingers through it perfectly!

My stylist, Ashley Johnson, always makes the impossible possible. She always has great ideas of what to do with my hair. My adult children and my friends have started seeing her as well. Her eyelash extensions are phenomenal. I always get compliments on the color that she does with my hair.
