Riverdog is a great gym! All of my lifts have skyrocketed in the recent few years ive been going. Excellent coaches and a great place to put in some hard work while also having a great time pushing you and your buds to their limits!

Great atmosphere with excellent coaching; all of my lifts have went up significantly since I began working out at the Dog Pound. Would recommend for all experience levels.

Great gym, great coaches, great culture. I love coming to this gym as it is a place for all to get better without judgement. All of my lifts have significantly improved over the years I’ve been coming here.
