Did a great remediation for us. Our house was difficult because it is an old farmhouse with a partial basement and a difficult crawlspace. Pat's plan was to start less complicated and modify if needed after test results. Results came back good. One contractor didn't even want to touch job and another quoted a price3x higher. Thanks Pat! ?

I live in Colorado and had questions about my current radon system. I came across Radon Stopper's website and read the information they had online and decided to call.I anticipated being able to ask a question or two but Pat spoke with me at length and answered all the questions I had regarding my concerns with the one we have installed. He absolutely did not have to do that and we live in a time where most would not take the time. I appreciated his knowledge and kindness. Thanks Pat.....if I lived in MN near you, you would have put in my mitigation system and I wouldn't be having these issues!

Radon Stoppers recently installed a new mitigation system in my 1940s South Minneapolis home and I can wholeheartedly recommend them based on my experience. Everything from my initial conversation prior to scheduling all the way through sign off on the installation was excellent. The install was fast and clean. I appreciated the detail on likelihood of mitigation success and expectations. A wholly positive experience.I'll also add that despite some criticism I see in feedback here, Patrick was totally transparent on the pricing and work required. He made sure to walk through my specific installation prior to any work performed, explained the need for the electrical install and gave the option to have that work arranged through Radon Stoppers or leave it up to me to sort. I had Radon Stoppers arrange the electrical as well and was pleased with both the price and work there as well as the mitigation system. I will also say that placement of the system is important. Patrick had valuable experience with placement that I really valued and contributed to mitigation effectiveness and aesthetics of the install. Again, A+ experience.

Worst experience ever! As a home seller, he ignored the fact that I was paying the bill and was constantly on the phone with buyer determining location, etc., when the buyer had no say in the matter! Also is not up front about the time needed for installation -leaves out the fact that an electrician needs to complete process -which radon stoppers overcharges for .. electrician is only there for less than an hour. Avoid this business!

I could not be happier with my experience with Patrick and Radon Stoppers. From our first conversation via email til the end, Patrick was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He was also great at communicating any questions I had (both in person and email).Being new to Radon, he took the time to educate me about it, and then installed a system in my basement. He tested and assessed the area. He showed me everything he did and performed a test after that showed that the newly installed system was doing its job and got me into the acceptable range. I highly recommend Patrick and Radon Stoppers should you need it! Without hesitation, I would hire again!
