Everyone at Open Road RVs is friendly and knowlegable. Our sales people, Corrine and Kelli, were great, and made the process of deciding to buy easy. Sarah, the Director of Financing, was phenomenal! She worked hard to help us keep our payment down, made it easy to get a top knotch warranty, and explained everything as we went along. I would highly recommend Open Road RVs!

Corrine and Kelly are by far the best people to work with in this industry. The tech. Walk through was huge and we’re greatful for all the knowledge provided. Ray and Dar the folks that delivered and set our camper were fantastic! My wife were very nervous but those two soon put that to rest on how professionally and smoothly everything went. I’ve been a customer service retail manager for over 40 years and I guarantee the “Open Road” service is second to none. My wife and I will definitely recommend you folks to everyone who will listen.

Will never do business with a place like this. We went in found a camper we loved. Put a deposit down explained that we were working with insurance because we lost our camper in a flood. They said that is fine they know that takes time. Then that week they started sending text messages and calling asking to fill out the credit apps and to get things processed even though we were waiting on our insurance and we told them we wanted to wait for things to go through. Then on Friday we get a voicemail while we are on the golf course that we need to get things in. Before we have a chance to call them back Saturday morning someone else is texting us telling us that they can’t hold the camper forever and that they usually only hold it for a few days and they are wondering what the hold up is. So at they point the hassling is too much PLUS there are over $3000 of extra fees on our purchase agreement so we tell them we want our money back and we will find a new dealer to go through. Six days later and multiple text messages and a phone call and they still have not refunded my deposit money back to us.

My hubby and I purchased a used travel trailer from Open Road and cannot say enough good things about them! Our initial contact by phone with Manager, Mike, and then coming into the store and being taken care of by Corrine. It was a smooth and friendly process. We had some questions as to title and transfer because we are FL residents and Sarah walked us thru the process. Corrine kept in contact with us and when it came the day to pick up our TT, Steve did a walk thru and assisted hooking the trailer up to our truck. The TT was going straight to storage, so Austin was very helpful in getting it winterized.

We just purchased a brand new XLR and had THE best experience! Corrine was the bomb - she went above and beyond from our very first inquiry. Due to the distance we would be traveling to see the unit in person, we had some specific questions - she went out and took pictures and videos of everything that we asked about and sent them and then went back and re did them from different angles to see in different light etc. she was absolutely the best. No pressure! When we did go to view in person, she had it all opened up and lights on ready to address any questions. Our personalities clicked and we had a deal inked pretty quickly. In fairness, Mike and Sara were equally pleasant and easy to deal with, but had Corrine not been so easy to work with, we would not have made it to the others Thanks Corrine for everything and being no pressure and easy to work with, you are appreciated.

We had a great experience at Open Road. We did not feel pressured into buying. Everyone was great to work with. Steve did an awesome job when we went to pick up our new camper, going through every detail , he did an awesome job making sure we felt comfortable driving away with our new purchase!

Best service department anywhere!!! We were headed home to Alaska when the brake module went out on our truck. We were towing a fully loaded trailer and getting ready to enter Canada. Camping World told us it would be a week before they could get us in. We spoke to Austin at Open Road who told us to stop by and he’d take a look at it. Not only did they take a look, they had the module replaced and us back on the road in under an hour! They also noticed some (inexpensive) hitch pins that were missing from the trailer and replaced those. WOW! Everyone at Open Road, manager included, was friendly. They got us in in a pinch, when no one else would, preventing a lengthy delay in our trip. The charges were very reasonable as well. I simply can’t say enough good things about the service department at Open Road :) They went above and beyond to help us out. Excellent job.

Buying a coach from this location or company will be your worst mistake in your buying experience. I bought a new Pasadena, paid for it, no follow through from anyone in the dealership until the service manager called and said "This thing is in such bad shape I can't release it" Three weeks later they are replacing walls and other components that should never be replaced in a new coach. We had a great experience at Open Road RV Monticello. We purchased a 2018 Thor Freedom Elite and couldn't be happier with it and the staff at this dealership. Kelly was our salesperson and was a pleasure to work with. She was able to answer all of our questions before and after the sale. The RV we purchased needed an alignment done and Open Road made all the arrangements to get that complete. Very friendly staff and they are all more than willing to help.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Open Road RV staff. Dan was able to answer all our questions about every travel trailer we were interested in even if a little research was required. Tony was an energetic delight to work with to get us the financing we needed to purchase our chosen travel trailer staying in constant contact with us through the entire financing process and got us approved in 24 hours. Kurt accepted our older Jayco J travel trailer for trade in and even swapped the tires with a smile and without hesitation as we just purchased lifetime warranty tires on our Jayco J. We are proud owner's of a 32' Zinger travel trailer and extremely happy with the service provided by the Open Road RV staff. Thank you for making this purchase so pleasant and stress free.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We had a FABULOUS experience with Open Road RV. We just recently purchased a travel trailer at the RV Show in St. Paul. Tony was absolutely GREAT, from the minute we met he was professional, knowledgeable, honest and informative. From our first conversation with Tony at the RV Show to our walk through with Steve at the dealership was nothing but wonderful. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful.
