When I decided to sell my home I contacted (2) home buyer companies and immediately decide to go with MN Nice after meeting with Eric. He thoroughly explained the process was upfront and honest about how the process worked. I ended up finding a condo but it needed significant work so MN Nice (Eric) accommodated my need for a much later closing date. The process went exactly as explained and my ability to be able to leave behind what I didn't need as I was downsizing was truly a blessing. I would recommend without reservation!
