The auto center is amazing!!
I showed up 30 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic. I had called and the gal on the phone was very kind and helpful!
They were still willing to do my oil change, even with being so late! The technicians and gal at the front are so kind and professional.
They have always done very honest and good work with my car. The store cashier was also very friendly and professional!
I will always go to this FF for my car needs and shopping!

The costumer survive was awful, the employees and mangers were very rude and unprofessional. Never shopping at this fleet farm again.

Every team member I encountered was helpful & knowledgeable. Special shout out to a young man (Braedan, I think. Maybe Brendan). He answered all my chain saw questions - definitely not in my comfort zone. I am very happy with my purchases thanks to him. Customer service directed me exactly to what I inquired about as well. And the young man at the check out lane & I had some good laughs as I was checking out.
I will make a point to shop your store more often due to great customer service. Greatly appreciated.
