We brought our van to Lakeland because they said they would rebuild our transmission and that it would last. After 4 years and under 40,000 miles, the transmission died. Turns out they did not rebuild our transmission but just bought a rebuilt transmission and put it in there. Would not trust them!

I have been bring all my vehicles to Russ for about 20 years. Excellent service every time. Always goes the extra mile and very reasonable rates for the service provided. Never feel like I am being tricked into any repairs not needed. Highly recommend to everyone.

Russ was great to work with helped us with diagnosing an issue in my daughter's Jeep he was more than helpful and didn't charge her a dime Just a took it for quick spin and helped with recommendations for next steps. If I need any transmission work I'll be going back.

Russ is one of the very honest person I met. I never had any problems with this repair shop. He has always been upfront on pricing and fixed my transmission issue right. My car was repaired around 2012 and it is still running very smoothly.

Transmission on Jeep failed, provided me with the information I needed. Very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get back from online request. We are new to neighborhood, so will definitely return in the future.

Called to have our newly rebuilt transmission looked at as it wasn't shifting at all. Was quoted $100 dollars just to look at it. Then was told two different stories and then came home with our new parts all shoved into boxes and thrown back into the transmission pan. Then realized when we got home they never returned our torque converter ( rebuilt we bought). Promptly went back to grab and was told they just found it..? Hum mm non professional at all and now we are at ground

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Id give no stars of I could.Called to have our newly rebuilt transmission looked at as it wasn't shifting at all. Was quoted $100 dollars just to look at it. Hum mm non professional at all and now we are at ground -5 because they tore the whole thing apart including nuts and bolts. This is insane they were told these parts were all brand new and just to diagnose the problem and we would fix it. However they took upon themselves to do what they wanted to do and then demand we pay 1600 to rebuild when it was already rebuilt.. How about not. They were never asked to do the extensive amount they did . Service: Transmission
