Been coming here for years. Great until a month ago. 1) had the prepaid coffee. One day mid-March, I was told the program was done. The next week, my account was tapped for $10. I contacted online; still waiting for an answer. 2) I have a gift card, but not enough for the gas needed. So I call in, and the response was "credit or prepay only". ALL the pumps at both Holidays in Monticello are prepaid or credit only. OK! I will buy gas/coffee/food elsewhere.

If I could give a 0 star I who. I witnessed a lady park her vehicle in there lot go in side ask if was OK to leave it there for a few hours she gave her number to staff in case it was a problem and as soon as she left police came and towed her vehicle I seen to women next day walking in the cold and crying so I stopped to ask if she was OK and she told me she was had lost here home and now what little she had left was and in her vehicle was towed after she even made sure it was OK to park it there why would they do that to her??? All I could say to her was I'm Disgraced With Jayce and Amber the employee's actions and morel disregard of someone's life.... MAKES ME SICK KNOWING THAT SHE MADE SURE TO ASK AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FINE AND I WITNESSED THEM TOW IT NOT 10 MINUTES AFTER SHE LEFT IT THERE....

Love this gas station when I'm driving up north or to the cities late at night. When Becky is working the place is ALWAYS fully stocked early in the night. Frequently when I stop into other holiday gas stations my salads that I want to pick up for the following day are not out yet and everything is empty. That's not the case here when Becky is working. Also the place is so clean and organized when she's there too. She's got the bags all ready to go and is very personable. she is why I always choose to stop at this location of I'm heading up north or to the cities late night cuz I know I'll get the service I expect from this brand.

Lady with the tattoos all over her arms was very rude. Seemed annoyed she had to put down her phone and food she was eating to ring me up. She couldn't even talk because her mouth was full of food.

We stop here on our way to Detroit Lakes and my husband dropped his wallet outside. We were already 30 mins away when we realized it was missing. Called them right away and lucky ? a Good Samaritan had turned it in and called me right away when found!! Reminder that there is still good people in the world!

Manager was very rude. All I asked if any buffalo sticks were being made, his response. "I don't know, I'll get to it when I get to it". Really sad because I like this location. But that interaction might make me not come back

I stop here almost everyday for coffee. The people who work here are the best- they are always friendly and greet me every time I walk through the doors.Thank you all for being so kind! It always makes my day.
