First time customer looking to try a new barbershop, so I made my appointment earlier in the week with a lady on the phone. Showed up to my appointment on time only to wait 10-15 minutes for the barber to finish on her client. When it was my turn I asked for a haircut and beard trim only to be told she doesn't have enough time for the beard trim since she is behind and usually schedules more time for this. I was never told that when making the appointment. She hurried through my cut in order to get to her next client, which i assume was a regular based on how they were talking. The cut was okay and the conversation and shop were good, but i was totally turned off by how she rushed me out the door. Funny thing is she was talking with a customer about how people don't show up to appointments and cancel last minute, and they should be charged. Well based on the time and care i was given i should have gotten some money back.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. From the conversations had to the haircuts. Whilst maintaining affordable pricing, of course. They do women's hair once a week on Sundays, with men's hair all week. As a guy, it's frustrating going to any local gGreat Clips, Fantastic Sam's, etc. My hair comes out looking like an oompa loompa half the time. Here at Hammer's Hair Lounge, I have yet to be disappointed. Hopefully, you can have a good experience like myself.

This place is absolutely Amazing! I work with Brittney specifically and she knows every time I come in what I need on the sides and on the beard. The whole crew is super fun to talk to and they know how to cut hair the way I want it. I’d give these guys a solid 10/10Services: Kids' cuts

Today I needed a haircut and I had passed by Hammer's many times and it looked like they might have an availability. I stopped in and was fortunate enough that Kayla had time for a quick cut. She did a fantastic job! Her colleague Shaun (sp) was very helpful with scheduling and notes and friendly as well. Happy to have found my new spot to get my cuts.
I highly recommend Hammer's Hair Lounge!
