Today, I was given the greatest customer service by the lady manager on day shift today. She was kind, trusting, efficient and so very helpful. I will continue to shop here!!

Went to Monticello Fleet Farm Sunday afternoon 3/28 and it was super busy. Nearly half of the customers didn't even bother to bring a mask, much less wear one. Normally we just get as far away as possible from the no - maskers but it was impossible this time, they were everywhere. Really wish Fleet Farm would enforce masks as store policy. Will seek out other options for buying pet supplies.

Been doing a lot of order online PICK UP in store. Love the gift card bonus when you spend a certain amount! Recently got dog food with this option for a $15 gift card. Customer service always great!
