I have been coming here since 2019. They have not updated a single thing. The mirror by the cables has been broken and gone for years, something is ALWAYS broken. Right now, the Stairmaster is down and a cable machine is also broken. They now have the audacity to charge you more money for the same dollar tree membership. The sauna either works great, or not at all, the pool is very rarely cleaned. The men's bathroom is beyond approach. They do not do maintenance care to the weights or barbells. They have done it once in the 5 years I've been going. Eventually, I will switch. The showers are nasty, charging EXTRA for a locker space, the broken equipment, leaky ceilings during the spring and overall funky smell has only gotten worse. I see now, they want to charge up to $50 per month. For what? It is a great gym to introduce yourself too. But they have extremely worn, old and broken equipment. Everyone who works out here knows it. We also know there is a better option.

The business for the owners here comes first and then customers at the end. Make sure you take a picture of your cancellation form and save it with your life because they will not get a damn if you lost your money. Picture yourself coming in, cancelling membership and signing it, then you go home and after realizing you have been charged for couple more months after that cancellation you can't find that paper, then walking into the business and kindly talking to the front desk staff ( I was told she was the owner but to be honest I can't prove that) explaining what happened and looking for a solution and the only thing you'll hear is " it does not show anything in the system and if you don't have that paper you signed I can't help you because our policy is our policy". I understood that their policy means "Dear customer, we care just about your money and we won't care if you didn't do the things right"... if this was my business I would really go above and beyond to make sure to help that customer and find a mutual agreement .Just remember guys, you could be the next one and believe me, you'll be as upset as how I feel today and you will be writing a review like I am today. This is 100% true and don't forget to leave behind your reviews wether their good but mostly when you have a bad experience because once you have been warned there is no way back. Blessings to all of you. Oh, one more thing, message to the owners..I hope that the money they took from me brings them joy because I could of have used that money to cover some of my family expenses.

The best instructors to get you motivated! Staff are all very knowledgeable and welcoming. The members of the club are friendly too. Not an intimidating place to get healthy

I had a conversation with one of the owners at fitness evolution this morning after dealing with an issue my family and I are going through. The way she handled it says a lot about the type of establishment this is. Very caring and understanding. Miscommunication was a key factor and now I actually see the type of people that work at fitness evolution. I’m grateful that she reached out to me and I highly recommend this gym. Thank you

horrible customer service. rudely called me about my balance and how my phone does work when i sent an email needing to cancel and my phone number isn’t working. (i got it fixed today, thank you very much). a lot of creeps there too. everyone that works there is just a bunch of fitness snobs

Equipment is fair, just out dated and tired looking. Rust on most plates and really tired , run down look. Watched a mouse run through the pool area into the mechanical room. Need more than fresh wall paint. Take your weights (plates) out scrub em and repaint. Need more windows natural light, had a damp, dingy basement feel with no natural light and too much moisture especially in winter. I lifted there for 3 months and went to cleaner, newer gym nearby.

I just recently moved from Buffalo to Monticello and this was my first time visiting this club. It's very clean and nice and the staff seems nice too.

Horrible customer service. Everything is old. Break ins in the parking lot. They just charged me a huge amount of money all at once. Nice that my kids won't have christmas presents this year because of this shady group of people. Childcare is a joke. Go ANYWHERE ELSE

Love how affordable this gym is for everything offered. The group classes, staff, pool, sauna and free weights are all great. Love that there's the option to go to 3 different gyms for no extra cost.
