I have no idea what the girls name was she never told me. When I first arrived she asked what I was wanting. While washing my hair she was asking me if I use certain products in my hair amd when I said no she informed me that she was asking due to the color of the soap after scrubbing my hair and the little bit of hair loss. Now. I just has recently got my hair colored so of course the soap will have some color in it. Secondly, I am anemic which can cause some hair loss. With that bring said when we returned to her station she was parting my hair and she told me that I have headline and that she would be unable to finish my haircut. Now. I know there are guidelines about lice and hair salons but I feel that the way she spoke to me during my hairwash and while telling me that I have lice was rude. Not to mention I don't even have lice. I have dandruff. And being that my hair was recently dyed some of the dandruff had some color on it. If she would have looked more closely she would too have also seen that it is in fact NOT lice. I left the salon with wet hair and I left feeling terribly about my services. I usually have never had any issues here and after this experience I don't think I will be returning.

Jackie gave me the best all over color and highlights I've ever had. The whole experience was perfect. She took her time and checked when she was through if there was anything I wanted to change. I also had a cut style and eyebrow wax. Beyond happy and would highly recommend her! Already for my daughters wedding! Signed over the moon!

Went in and asked what the wait would be for a haircut. Girl at the front desk told me, "There's actually no one on the list, so maybe about 10 minutes." Seemed odd it'd even be that long with "no one on the list," but whatever, no big deal. Sat and waited. It had to be about 20 minutes before I got the sense something was up, and at this point, I decided to look at the clock and keep track (didn't have my phone with on this particular visit). I really needed a haircut, so told myself I'd give it another 10 minutes.
Sat and waited. Front desk was vacant. Somehow, stylists were walking around and chatting, but at no point did anyone come out to say something like "You're next, but we're running a bit behind, so it may be another 10 minutes. Sorry to keep you waiting." Nope. Nothing. Another 10 minutes passed. I convinced myself to give it yet another 5, now just genuinely curious to see if anyone would come out with any sort of update/communication. When that didn't happen, I left--annoyed, frustrated, and without a much-needed haircut. All told, it was easily 35-40 minutes I had been waiting, and with zero communication, who knows how much longer it would have been.
The entire experience made me feel as though the staff couldn't care less and showcased a complete lack of any sort of basic customer service. Had the girl said "Oh, it'll be about 30 minutes" from the get go (which I think she knew and just didn't want to say), I would've left, done something else, and come back. Or if, while waiting, somebody--anybody--came out to provide an update, or offer an apology or water while I waited, I would've been fine with that. Could've made the decision to stay and wait, or leave and come back another day. As it stands, I left and will not be coming back. I also couldn't shake the feeling that there was at least one available stylist, but for whatever reason, they just...didn't feel like working? Not sure, but grossly unprofessional all around.

My 7yr son is on the spectrum and haircuts well let's just say can be challenging. It's a struggle to even get him into the salon. Caitlin made him feel so comfortable and kept him engaged and his haircut looked amazing! He was really feeling himself...... When leaving, my son asked if he can go back (which is huge for him) but only wants her to cut his hair ? I would highly recommend Caitlin.

I've never had to wait, always come out with a wonderful cut. My entire family loves this location even my middle child whose 6 with ADHD was a champ for Jazzamine and walks out beaming ?
He's not stopped bragging about his hair cut the lady (with braid space buns) did for him, which is a huge thing for him.
