They did a great job! The prices were great too. Very comfortable atmosphere, the people working there are very nice. The foot massage during my pedicure was amazing!

Completely damaged every single one of my nails because the male technician is lazy. He could have soaked off my acrylic set but filed them instead hurt me cut nails too short have been in pain for over a week

I’m in a desperate search for a nail salon with good customer service. The quality of my nails were good, no complaints about how they turned out (it was only a basic fill) but the interaction with who works there is my complaint. They are CLEARLY burnt out. The salon is so dirty, out dated and under loved. I was cold when I arrived so I put it on the little mini heater next to me and she turned it off without even asking me if I needed it?
As she was doing my nails, she acted impatient, harshly flipping my hands around. She kept digging her own nails in my fingers as she filled or maneuvered my hands around.
There was a TV running and their own type of music, so it was just irritating.
Any interaction with me was done with ZERO personality. Never interacting with me for a whole hour. Is it really that hard to make the experience a little more comfortable or be made to feel you actually want my business?

We called ahead of time for 12:30 for 5 people and we are still sitting here with one person still getting their nails done, they have poor service and rude people they did people before us and they didn’t even have an appointment till later

I am always happy here.
I regularly get gel polish and pedicure’s.
I really don’t like to chat when I am getting stuff done, so they are perfect. They are quiet and I think some people take offense to that.
I use enough words up in my days and dislike idle chit chat and they spare this for me. I appreciate the low pressure relaxation and consistency they have in good service.

first time going here with my friend, i got the man she got the lady, they were both rude but the man was rly bad. first of all he got mad because a client left after not being attended to then, because he was mad he threw a brush which literally hit me and didnt even say sorry. also kept cutting my skin, making faces and said the nails i wanted looked funny. i wanted long nails but he said “too long sorry” then proceeded to cut them shorter then i wanted. next i asked for a letter B on my nail and it looks like a 2 year old drew it. do better yall..Service: Nail extensions

I have tried to give them a chance over and over and over. I will tell you that this place is DIRTY. Thought maybe I didn’t understand protocol at first, but their “clean” and “dirty” tool buckets are just for show. After they are done using tools on your feet, they “rinse” under sink water and place under a “folded towel” next to the clean tool bucket. They do NOT wash hands. EVER. Or wear gloves. They go from working on your feet to working on someone else’s hands and back. Not to mention, my “pedicure” today? Rough as hell… and here are the pics. I got it done 4 hours ago.
