The guys at Monticello enterprise were nothing but amazing. Both vehicles were very clean and worked great. Plus for as busy as they both were both had smiles on and were great to work with. Plus was great chatting about baseball a little too while waiting;) Great place to go get a rental from. We will be back for sure.

I had rented a car on Friday, 3/29/24. Kudos to Amy who helped me reserve my vehicle. She was helpful, explained the transaction throughly.. answered my questions with patience and understanding.. the staff at the location were nice and friendly.. the 2021 Chevy Spark was so fun to drive. Thank you for the excellent customer service and a clean, dependable, fun car to enjoy while my car was in the shop. I will rent from here again. As a matter of fact, that was my 3rd time from renting at this location.

I flew in during the only snow storm this year and you know co-workers had to call out. Even while short handed, Nate did an excellent job making sure I had options for a clean safe vehicle as soon as possible, considering I arrived a different day from my reservation. And he was still really patient throughout, even after we discovered I had to make several phone calls to resolve issues that were not his fault!
