I always love coming here, my truck always comes out shiny as they guarantee. Tons of towels and vacuums and great employees! Very recommend if you live around town consider buying a membership it’s very worth the price!!

Great experience overall. Friendly staff, good equipment and usually plenty of clean towels to use. Lots of spots for vacuuming. Highly recommended.

I have been using Due North Wash in Monticello. The Staff informed me that it was a totally Soft Cloth Wash process. Now I have visually inspected my new 2023 Honda CR-V, and it has scratches in the Clear Coat on both sides front to back. Now I have to get it repaired. I would not use this Car Wash again. I have stopped my Unlimited Monthly membership. I do not give any business a negative review unless it is 100% warranted.

We joined shortly after they opened. Great car wash, however, lately not so much. No towels in the inside section, broken spray bottles, etc. Answering machine always full if you have a concern. Then, as members we receive birthday notices for a "free car wash?" Don't understand how that benefits current members.

Best car wash around!! I have to add, Jacob the otsego manager, is amazing. The conveyor belt grabs my tires and scares me. Jacob has been willing to drive my car thru the past2 times to elevate my anxiety. I so appreciate his willingness!!!

I signed up for the monthly unlimited wash and unfortunately my first wash left my car with a bunch of scratches on one corner. I just had the vehicle in to be polished and have any small scratches/rock chips filled in before winter a couple of days before this wash, so I’m absolutely certain that they happened in the car wash.

I took my brand new vehicle through here for a free car wash I received back in March. My husband heard something hit the driver side of the car. Now the door has a scratch. If it would have been any of my other vehicles I probably wouldn't have cared but this one is new. I left a voicemail for Due North at 7:30am the next morning about it. I responded to the text survey they sent that afternoon and within a couple hours I received a call from Griffin, not responding to the voicemail i left tjay morning, but inquiring why I responded with a 1 on the text survey. We spoke. He asked me to send pictures and he would review cameras. I emailed him the pictures right away. He responded after a week saying he had been busy and hasn't had time to review the cameras but, was going to. Then, i never heard back.Just be cautious. I should have followed up better but I have been in the midst of a crazy season of life. I didn't have time. I don't get upset very easily, I'm very understanding, and gice people the chance to live up to their word. It irritates me that they didn't at least follow up like they said and had a conversation with me.Just be cautious. Especially if you are going at a time when it's busy like we did.

Was gifted a car wash so decided to check it out. Car wash did a great job - I like the conveyor belt system. Vacuum cleaner was excellent. Wish there was a spot to rinse off weather tech type mats. Rained the day after my wash but my car still looked sparkly clean.

The car wash did an excellent job! I was very impressed with how clean the outside got. Took all the bugs and dirt off my car with a option for me yo vacuum the inside and clean the inside with towels and cleaner suppliedServices: Vacuuming

I always have the best service here. Staff are super attentive and go above and beyond to make sure the tree sap is off of my car prior to being washed. I've been so impressed I'm now an unlimited wash member!

Bought the North Star wash for $20 after tax, and completely disappointed. Tried to save time by washing my truck here, but it is still excessively dirty and rims are full of dirt despite the washers. Guess I’m going home to wash my truck by hand now. Never again.
