I sent my daughter to cub to refill my 5 gallon water jugs. She was unable to find caps for it, so she went up to the check-lane to ask for them. She was treated really rudely by the cashier so I told her to go up to customer service and ask them. The woman at customer service raised her voice at her with her two little children with her and proceeded to tell her that she must pay for it first and she was at customer service. As far as I know, you can pay for things at customer service and I don’t know why she was treated so badly from both employees. I’d hate to think it was because the color of her skin. Do better!

Went there last night.I work overnights so I decided to get some shopping done before I went home. The overnight cashier was honestly a word I can't use on here but my bank card wasn't working (ended up being on there end) the woman was so unbelievably rude about it was snickering and making faces. Then says "you shouldn't try to spend money you don't have" so I felt compelled to show here my phone witch was my bank account pulled up saying I had 300 times the amount I needed to pay n she audibly groaned! After everything I tried 4 cards nothing would work. I ended up going to get cash ( card worked fine) I'll probably never go back again regardless of the time of day the prices are awfully high and the gas rewards are not worth it I'll find a different store.

First time here. I’m impressed with the selection of non dairy items, especially “ice cream” products. I should have looked at the cheeses but didn’t need any so don’t know how well they are doing in that department. They didn’t have the new Reece’s non dairy candy.
The produce looked really good and delicious. Way better than a different store I usually shop at.
The natural food section had some harder to find items and new stuff I hadn’t seen before.
The store itself is set up nicely. The floor either needs to be replaced or washed really well. The shelves didn’t look dirty so I’m assuming it’s an old floor.
The cashier was friendly. I would definitely come back when I’m in the area.

Josh was the biggest help! He helped me get 24 pack cases of soda off the pallet, into my cart, up to the register AND out to my car! He was a real hero in my hectic day! I appreciate his kindness greatly!!!

So a front door that’s not working for 6 month an ID policy that has you checking drivers license if people who are 80 years old, some people don’t want to share their ID and home address when they don’t have to.And your new thing? I go to shop there today and pick up medication I am told I cannot purchase my DayQuil without an ID.Is there a sign by the DayQuil or other medications saying I need my ID? Nope! you just assume your customers who are probably coming in there sick and tired will know this. Then when I go back in and purchase my DayQuil from the pharmacy register I go to hand him my Id and he says “oh no I don’t need that…”You are what’s wrong with corporate America, you give two shts about your customer and could care less about their experience. Lord only knows how you must treat your employees as everyone I’ve encountered is embarrassed to be enforcing your nonsense policies and direct people out the other end of the store because YOU DONT CARE about fixing your door.I’m done shopping at your store.

Spent the better part of my Sunday dealing with a complete fiasco caused by conflicting information Cub foods managers and employees keep giving us regarding Savers Stamps. 3 months ago they tell us, when we called in and spoke to someone, yes we give them to instacart shoppers to give to you. Today, I called in and Chad the Manager on duty stated the same thing that yes, they would give them to our shopper. Then a few hours later after our groceries never showed I called back again and, this time, Chad said they couldn't give them out. ??? This unexplained 180 change caused me quite a bit of conflict with a few instacart shoppers by the way. When I asked him for a resolution and asked if I could come in to get my $200 worth of Savers Stamps he said no, there was no way for us to recoup our stamps. When I asked why he blamed corporate saying "...that's above my paygrade". I'll be shopping groceries elsewhere (which is my prerogative, thanks Chad) since our friendly neighborhood Cub has decided to be so inflexible with their loyal customers who buy about $12,000/ year in groceries at their store. Plenty of other options in Monticello and Big Lake.

They switched their delicious baguettes to something awful; shouldn't be called baguettes. The only reason we shopped at Cub.
