Both Kyle & Jules went above and beyond in helping my husband and I with our recent phone upgrades. Their kindness, patience & knowledge of their work was very much appreciated!

We were in the Monticello Cricket store multiple times in the last two weeks, a variety of questions and issues we had were taken care of by Kyle K each time. Very professional and patient, his experience stands out, I wanted to share our experiences and say all businesses would benefit from hiring anyone like Kyle!

The workers there are always under the influence of something, to the point where they can't do their job. Spent over an hour in the store because the ladies kept messing things up. Then when I got home I saw I was charged for something that I said no to multiple times. Think you should probably drug test your employees before hiring.

Went on Wednesday the store was locked up at 2pm. Went back Thursday the employee working couldn't talk straight kinda seemed to be under the influence of something. It made me feel very uncomfortable so I left n will be taking my business to another company

I had an awful experience trying to switch me, my wife and 2 daughters over to cricket at the st. Cloud store. My wife and I were without service for 3 days while my daughters had service. After getting nothing but disconnects and rude people unable to help on the phone. I decided to stop in at the monticello store to see if a different perspective from an in person experience would help. In popped Joe the manager and only employee at the monticello store. He was dedicated and determined to make our phones work. Exhausting every option and leaving no stone unturned. It took 2 trips to the store and about 4 hours but we finally got it working today. Joe is a pleasure to deal with, dedicated to his craft, and a positive representative for your store. I don't know what he gets paid but it can't be enough. Thanks again Joe for your hard work and bulldog attitude.

There is a women there that reaks of liquor and she wouldn’t help me. She has the worst attitude ever. Management is even worse. This place needs to be shut down

Store Manager was very helpful and friendly, made my experience getting a new phone so easy. I had even bought some of their high end accessories would never go back to T-mobile.

I first walked in having a different service carrier that I was having some minor data problems with so I could see what Cricket had to offer. Kayla sat with me for an hour sharing every detail on their service and giving me enough information to intrigue me.I do came back several days later and changed service providers to Cricket. Kayla was spot on. My data with Cricket is better and what I needed but I would not have felt comfortable having enough info if it wasn't for the store Manager.Even the day I changed over she spent another hour on me transferring service and making sure all service related apps on my new phone were installed and logged in. I've never received service like that. I feel great knowing I am close to the Monticello Cricket ?
